Appearance

What his Quirk produced is essentially an octopus walking upright. The mantle of one forms his head, two ridges running up it toward his eyes, and he has no nose at all. His mouth caps a trunk-shaped protrusion flanked by three suction cups per side, and a fully prehensile tentacle sprouts on either side of that trunk, serving him as a second set of limbs.

Dull red skin covers him, speckled here and there with bumps and papillae, stretching between his four arms as loose webbing. Those arms have no bone in them and carry a suction cup where the deltoid would sit, another at the elbow, and a third at the wrist.

For clothing he keeps to pointed red boots, loose grey trousers, and a brown belt that looks like leather, with assorted watches and bracelets on his limbs. The piece that defines the silhouette is a long maroon coat without sleeves, worn with a red scarf pulled up like a hood.

Personality

Greed is the whole of his motive. Innsmouth reads as a small-time crook rather than an ideologue, and he has no scruples about seizing hostages or fighting dirty when it moves him toward what he wants. Whatever else can be said of him, he does not give up on a goal easily.

History

With Selkie already taken, Sirius and Froppy pursue a vessel carrying stolen cargo during the hero agency internships. Innsmouth ambushes the pair once they board. He seizes Sirius and offers a trade, promising to release her once the Coast Guard lets him go, and when a radio call comes through he orders Froppy to report that no stowaways were found. She says the opposite, giving away their position at Double Rock, and the betrayal turns him murderous. Froppy dodges him at first, but the moment she moves to free Sirius he catches her by the tongue and pins her flat. Selkie reaches the boat in time, takes Innsmouth on directly, and settles the fight with a heavy kick to the face. He and his brothers end up in custody, and the illegal drugs aboard are seized.

His Quirk, Octopus, hands him the full physiology of the animal: the boneless multi-limbed frame, an endless supply of suction cups, and a siphon-like mouth that spits ink, which he uses to foul an opponent's vision. It appears to feed his strength as well, since he can hoist a grown adult one-handed and land punches that shatter stone and buckle metal. He can also grow and extend tentacles at will and lash out with them.
