The record preserves the child as a blond infant, skin lit up and mid-cry, and that is the image history kept. Humarise later cast the same newborn form as a statue and installed it at their headquarters.

Charisma: Being the first person on record born with a Meta Ability drew enormous attention and a following to match, and the child converted both into a campaign for peace and a return to the safer society that had come before. More than ten million people had joined by the time it was cut short.

Luminescence: The Quirk emitted bright light directly from the skin and was seen in use back when its holder was an infant. It was stolen by All For One immediately before the murder.

The child was born in Qing Qing City, China, wailing, and entered the books as the world's first Quirk birth, though not the first such birth in fact. Growing up, that notoriety became a movement more than ten million strong, one that called for peace and for the old, safer society to return. The scale of it earned All For One's contempt. He stole the Quirk and killed its holder.

Many decades on, Humarise elevated that same figure into something close to a deity, with the infant statue at their base as the object of it.

The record's own caveat matters. The earliest Quirk holder actually depicted in the series is All For One's mother, who had Spearlike Bones, and her two children preceded the official registration by a year, while others are implied to have come before all of them.
