Midnight's hero office came with an entourage: four suited young men who answered her calls, hauled off her collars, and addressed her as Mistress. Operating on the Vigilantes side of the timeline, they land somewhere between sidekick squad and fan club, turning up wherever their employer needs a cleanup crew.
Matching gray suits mark the quartet, each finished with a black tie over a white undershirt. All four are young, groomed, and conventionally handsome, which lends them the air of a coordinated entourage rather than a rough field unit.
Their loyalty reads closer to devotion than to employment. The four fuss over their employer's condition the moment a fight ends, and one captured criminal earned their open resentment for no reason beyond the mocking kiss she planted on him. Between the hero work and the adoration, they function as much like a fan club as a sidekick team. Among themselves, she is Mistress Midnight.
The idea predates the office. As a student, Nemuri Kayama daydreamed about surrounding herself with young sidekicks, and once she graduated and opened an agency she hired four men for exactly that role.
They first appear after she helps Eraser Head bring down a criminal carrying a Suicide Bomb Quirk, moving in on her word to restrain him and hand him over to the Police Force. Later they take her call during a Trigger sting, asking out two girls so that a pair of mixer seats opens up for herself and Kazuho. At Captain Celebrity's farewell event they pass blankets to freezing attendees while the professionals handle the Bombers.
Years afterward, with their old boss teaching at U.A., one of them arrives to back her against Bee☆Pop in Naruhata and gets blocked by Endeavor. Betten Court has said the group was loosely modeled on dating sim characters, and one member resembles Jack Midoriya, the lead of the original My Hero one-shot.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
