Rhino Man

Scars run all over the thick, leathery gray hide that sheathes him, and the head sitting on that bulky frame belongs to a rhinoceros.

He dresses in a black vest layered over a white hoodie and a red tank top, with beige pads on the shoulders and dark brown bracelets on his wrists.

Loud and combative. His idea of an afternoon is cornering two girls in an alley and demanding money from them.

In Naruhata, Rhino Man and Horse Man bump into a pair of girls and turn it into a shakedown, claiming Horse Man's arm is broken and demanding compensation. Bystanders drift over to see what the commotion is, Horse Man screams them off, and Rhino Man tells the girls nobody is coming to help, since neither the police nor heroes bother with the backstreets. He orders them to come along. One of the girls says otherwise: there is one hero who turns up when called. She calls for the Crawler.

Koichi Haimawari duly appears, startling both thugs, and introduces himself while gushing about finally being addressed by the name he picked. They swing at him and hit nothing, since he keeps dodging and keeps talking, until Pop Step tells him to quit fantasizing mid-fight. Cheered on by passers-by, he somersaults clear of another attack and decides to take it seriously, switching to Slap Style and firing off repulsion blasts, then landing Double Shooty-Go-Blam on the pair, which fails to put either down. Rhino Man grabs him by the hoodie to land a punch, and that is when Kirihito Kamachi and Ikajiro Takobe step in, subduing Rhino Man and holding Horse Man respectively, ending the fight on the spot. Both introduce themselves as Hopper's Cafe staff while Teruo Unagisawa hands out pamphlets. Kirihito's offer is blunt: get a job or get handed to the cops. The terms are dishwashing at 650 yen hourly, lunch thrown in, and he welcomes his two new workers aboard.

Later, during the Naruhata Lockdown, Rhino Man turns up among the reformed villains, alongside Emperor Yotsuura, Willy Wanda, Tommy S. Gordon, and his old partner Horse Man, cheering the Crawler on as he takes on Number 6, then in Destruction Style form. His unnamed rhinoceros Quirk gives him the animal's appearance and presumably some of its traits, though whether he actually has any has never been established.
