Robber Villain

Smoke holes define him. Three sit on each side of the antenna crowning his rounded head, and three more open on each shoulder. The head itself has no nose and tapers into pointed ears. His build is plump, his skin dark blue, his eyes green. He dresses in a black vest trimmed in yellow over white pants, with a green handkerchief at his neck, brown boots, and black armbands lined in yellow. Three cigarettes are always burning between his lips.

His temper runs hot and sour, and anything that disrupts a plan sets him off. That anger does not steer him, though. He keeps enough judgment to stay clear of heroes and police, reaching for his Quirk to slip away rather than fight, and turning to violence only once every other option has closed.

He is midway through an office robbery in Tasomiya Ward when Midnight and Loud Cloud arrive. Rather than face them he pumps out smoke as cover and runs with the money, blinding Eraser Head the same way when the hero moves to cut him off and hurling the stolen safe at him. His Purple Highness knocks the safe aside, but the interruption buys the thief his escape.

Days later another robbery puts him in front of Eraser Head again. The smoke goes up as before, except the hero has come prepared with goggles shielding his eyes, letting him close the distance and cancel the Quirk with Erasure. Stripped of his smoke, the thief lunges and is knocked cold by Loud Cloud from behind, then tied up and handed to the authorities. His Quirk, unofficially called Smoke, blows dense clouds from the holes across his body to hide his position and movements. The anime adaptation calls him the Smoke Villain instead.
