Tetsu

Sunglasses and a beard framed the face of this middle-aged criminal, whose right cheek carried an old scar. His dark hair sat above expensive taste in clothing: a pale jacket with trousers cut to match, the sort of flash expected of a Yakuza man, sometimes finished off with a scarf.

Short-fused and fond of sake, Tetsu had little patience whenever a conversation ran against him.

Drinking in a bar, Tetsu grumbles about the authorities branding his organization a villain group, and his temper flares when Rojiya Yonenaga shrugs the news off entirely. Rojiya explains that a man's code does not shift overnight, not even with All Might watching, which satisfies Tetsu enough that he pushes another round on his colleague. On the way out, Rojiya walks off with a manhole cover, so Tetsu posts a subordinate beside the open hole to keep anyone from dropping in before the police arrive.

The Abegawa Tenchu Kai headquarters is later stormed by a lone attacker, the vigilante Stendhal. Four executives answer the intrusion with their Quirks at once. Tetsu joins Haruhisa and Soji in a combined rush that forces Stendhal into the air, while Rojiya hurls his manhole cover after him with real force. The vigilante instead tastes blood from each of the four, and Bloodcurdle locks their bodies in place. One sweep of his blade finishes all of them. Tetsu's unnamed Quirk gave him command of a metal armor able to fire laser beams, the source of the nickname Tetsu the Tank.
