The Wolf Villain is an Instant Villain from My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, a Trigger user hunting whoever looks least able to fight back. His pursuit of a child and a stray kitten through Naruhata ends the moment Eraser Head arrives, and he is arrested on the spot.
The alias is literal. He looks like a wolf, covered in brown fur, and his yellow eyes are shot through with red. A navy vest and tan trousers are the only concessions to clothing.
The tip of his tongue has gone black, which marks him as a Trigger user. Because the drug was already in him by the time he appears, there is no way to tell how much of this he looked like beforehand.
He picks fights he expects to win, aiming at anyone he reads as smaller or weaker, and he is loud about it. By his own account the targets he enjoys most are little girls and kittens, which is roughly the level of menace he operates at, aggressive without a shred of judgment behind it.
Koichi Haimawari is out on patrol during the School Days Arc when he comes across a girl crouched beside a cardboard box, and the two of them are still deciding what to do about the kitten inside when the Wolf Villain bursts in and gives chase. Koichi hands the animal over, tells the girl to run, and takes the pursuit onto himself, buying a moment by distracting the Villain with the box.
It works only briefly. The girl stumbles and the kitten slips out of her arms, and at that instant Shota Aizawa's capture weapon catches both of them mid-fall while wrapping up the Wolf Villain in the same motion. The girl thanks them and leaves. Aizawa calls for a pickup, and the Villain is taken into custody.
His power is never named. It gives him a wolf's shape and, going by appearances, a wolf's capabilities, but the Trigger in his system makes it impossible to say how much of either the drug is responsible for.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
