Appearance

A metal faceplate hides nearly everything between his eyes and his mouth, which conveniently buries the scar cut down his left cheek. Underneath sits a heavyset frame, a dark red mane pushed backward around one raised central tuft, and yellow eyes. For undercover work he smears dark paint across his nose, eyes and jaw, with a ragged band climbing up from his right cheek into his hairline. Squad gear covers the rest: boots, dark trousers, a tactical vest, brown gloves, and a bulky white coat trimmed in gray.

Two changes come over him once All Might and Izuku Midoriya have him cornered. The Quirk Amplification Device turns his irises violet and floods the whites of his eyes black. Muscle Augmentation then swells him until a red glow shows beneath the skin, burning the paint away. Once beaten, the strain of pushing amplified Quirks leaves him withered to a skeletal state.

Personality

Money is the point, and nothing else registers. Wolfram runs a crew of thieves and will grind down anyone standing between himself and a payday, which is why his people spent so long posing as villains for hire, earning David Shield's trust before robbing him and putting him to work building more inventions.

Loyalty runs one direction. Samuel Abraham honored their bargain and Wolfram still tried to kill him. He looks down on everyone and savors the taunting, needling heroes over their sacrifices and prodding villains toward worse decisions. With All For One backing him, he genuinely expects to bury the No. 1 Hero.

Abilities

All For One handing over a Quirk that enhances muscle says plenty about the confidence he inspires, and Wolfram earns it by manhandling Izuku Midoriya, one of Class 1-A's strongest, using nothing but his own power. Metal Manipulation reshapes any metallic material he lays a hand on, whipping it into lashing columns to crush a target or raising thick walls to shield himself and box an opponent in. Muscle Augmentation, the gift from All For One, packs on mass and raw force in a way comparable to One For All.

Command and deception carry equal weight. His heist ran on assigned roles his crew executed cleanly, and those subordinates held their own against U.A.'s prized first-years longer than anyone expected. He hired a hacker to seize I-Island's security network, and he conned Sam and David alike by reading exactly what each man wanted to hear. Nobody recognized him as an actual villain beforehand, evidence of how carefully he stayed invisible until I-Island burned that cover. He cons his way through fights too, muddling an enemy's judgement and then swarming the opening. A loaded handgun rides on him. The stolen Quirk Amplification Device, since destroyed, stretched the scale of both Quirks far enough that All Might was losing until the U.A. students intervened, and it left him quick enough to answer both All Might and Izuku.
