Dark eyes that tilt faintly outward give Yu a softer cast than her twin. She stands short, and her light hair falls to roughly shoulder length, gathered into a high ponytail set on the right, with a flat fringe dropping past her left eye.

The Feathers stage outfit follows Miu's blueprint: sleeveless, cut to the knee, with a pointed skirt, a heavy collar riding the shoulders, one large feather pinned to one side, tights, and a single arm sheathed in a long glove. The trick is that hers reads as a reflection. Where Miu's design leans left, Yu's leans right, and the shading is inverted as well, so Yu's bodice runs dark against a paler skirt.

For the FeatherHATS collaboration, which pulls in Pop☆Step, the Mad Hatters, and the dance squad from East Naruhata High, a little top hat perches above her left ear, one feather jutting from its side. Practice sessions find her in an unadorned tracksuit striped faintly down the arms and legs. The ponytail survives the time skip, though she picks up a pair of glasses along the way.

Betten Court has mentioned that an early concept for the sisters resembled Pop☆Step far more closely, wings on the back included.

Yu is the soft half of the act, warm where Miu is barbed. She tends to go along with whatever gossip her sister is spinning, but she never carries it as far, and she has been known to tell Miu outright to knock it off.

Singing Talent: Idol work demands a voice, and Yu has one. Both twins have been rated above Pop☆Step at the craft.
