Yu Takeyama

Waist-length blonde hair, creamy and voluminous, parts slightly to Yu's right, and two short strands curl tight against her cheeks. Her eyes are magenta, the pupils white, set behind long lashes. She stands taller than average, fair-skinned and full-figured.

Her original costume is a skin-tight bodysuit in purple and pale tan accented with orange stripes, worn with purple gloves trimmed orange at the cuff and thigh-high boots cut off in a deep V. Three orange diamonds sit on the purple below her chest, and a purple domino mask carries horn-like points at the sides.

The Paranormal Liberation War leaves her in a neck brace, with a scar crossing her left eye. The brace is gone by the time the Final War begins. Eight years on the scar has faded, her build has hardened, and her hair hangs fuller and wavier with the curled bangs abandoned. Tan now dominates the redesigned suit over purple, the three diamonds have migrated to her upper chest and grown large, the gloves swallow her arms entirely before meeting at her collar, and the mask horns sweep backward above small spikes that echo Midnight's mask.

Ego drives a great deal of what Yu does. She loves the spotlight, feels no guilt about taking a win and the glory from another hero, and leans on her looks without embarrassment, whether that means a crude joke about her own body or charming a Sports Festival vendor into free food. Needling Midnight during a televised interview escalated into the two of them brawling on air, and Minoru Mineta's internship under her consisted largely of chores rather than training.

None of that makes her careless. She refuses to gigantify in tight spaces where falling buildings could hurt civilians, and she moved cautiously against a villain holding a family hostage. Courage shows up when it counts: already wrecked by All For One's attack, she still stopped Mr. Compress short of Izuku Midoriya's group once they had Katsuki out, and on her debut day she shielded bystanders from the shock wave of All Might's Detroit Smash. For all her appetite for attention, she keeps her private life closed, refusing to comment on the rumors linking her to her teammate Kamui Woods.

Endeavor's rise after All Might's retirement seems to have recalibrated her. Minoru notices the shift, Shota Aizawa credits the same change across many pros, and Yu herself tells Class 1-A that the public has tired of the celebrity side of heroism and wants the work done in earnest. Unlike Death Arms, she did not walk away once hatred toward heroes spiked after the Paranormal Liberation War, staying on to help hunt All For One down.

Gigantification is the whole engine. Yu switches between 162cm and 2,062cm with nothing in between, and a size-changing suit grows and shrinks along with her. Her named techniques are Canyon Cannon, a flying kick thrown from her giant form, and Titan Cliff, a headbutt delivered as she expands, which is how she cut off Mr. Compress mid-chase.

Immense Strength: Scaled up, one kick to the jaw put a rival giant villain down, and during the Kamino Incident an axe kick took the face off the Nomu factory belonging to All For One. She traded blows with Geten in the Paranormal Liberation War, slowed Gigantomachia and forced his jaws apart, and in the Final War helped stall the rewinding All For One next to Fumikage Tokoyami and Gigantomachia, using support items enlarged by Rule.

Immense Durability: All For One's Air Cannon left her unconscious for a stretch, and she still shielded the U.A. students once she came around. She shrugged off one of Geten's attacks during the Gunga Mountain Villa raid, survived Gigantomachia at the cost of heavy injuries, and in the Final War withstood both Machia and a second Air Cannon while staying on her feet.

Keen Intellect: She reads a situation quickly even without a set plan, slotting into her allies' tactics unprompted, as when she covered Izuku's group or pried Gigantomachia's mouth open so the students could get the sedative into him.
