Summary

Tsukuyomi runs through everything Hawks taught him about Fierce Wings, including the weakness his mentor named aloud: fire, and the only answer being to win before it starts. Riding inside Fat Gum as a Fataxi, the students spot blue flame bursting from the villa and a body thrown clear of it. Dabi has burned away the last of Hawks' feathers and stands over him, grinning about a friend's death he physically cannot cry over, mourning instead the world Twice's Double could have built. Pressed on how he learned the name Keigo Takami, Dabi answers by giving his own, and the revelation silences the Winged Hero. Neither Tomura nor the League ever mattered to him, only a single obsession and the delivery of Stain's judgment onto false heroes.

At Jaku, Endeavor and Aizawa finally overwhelm Chubs while Mirko fights three awakening High-Ends to a standstill. Understanding that they are only getting stronger, she abandons defense entirely and sprints for the capsule, tearing free when they grab her hair and leg. Ribby's antennae spear her, Endeavor breaks through to give her one opening, Present Mic's Voice hammers the Nomu, and Luna Arc shatters Tomura's pod at 75% completion before she is dragged away. Endeavor catches her and cauterizes the wounds. Woman, meanwhile, deduces that Aizawa's goggles hide the eyes behind the Erasure and simply stays out of his line of sight.

Garaki prepares to wake his unfinished masterpiece, and Present Mic destroys the equipment with Loud Voice, then lands a DJ Punch for making his friend cry. In custody the doctor rambles: the Quirk Singularity theory he published seventy years ago and was ridiculed for, the god in human form who took him in, and Life Force, which doubles a lifespan at the cost of athleticism and which he duplicated for All For One. He calls Aizawa Kurogiri's friend and admits Erasure was always the prize. Inside a collapsing dreamscape, Tomura Decays his family one by one, refuses Nana's plea to remember, and steps into All For One. A spark jolts him awake.

Key Events

Dabi reveals his identity to Hawks and declares himself Stain's successor, having held no loyalty to the League at any point.

Mirko destroys Tomura's containment capsule with Luna Arc at the cost of catastrophic injury, and warns the heroes that he must never be exposed to electricity.

Crust's fight with Chubs concludes, and Present Mic captures the real Kyudai Garaki after wrecking the laboratory with his Voice.

Garaki explains Life Force and confirms he supplied All For One with a duplicate, accounting for his unnatural lifespan. He is revealed to be the long-vanished author of the Quirk Singularity theory, over 120 years old.

All For One, anticipating defeat, transplanted the original Quirk into Tomura while keeping a copy. Tomura rejects his family in the dreamscape and accepts it, then wakes.

Notes

Assembled from portions of Chapter 267 through Chapter 270, running under Single-Minded and SKETCH.

Differences are modest. The manga has Hawks waving at fangirls while explaining his weaknesses to Tsukuyomi. The anime inserts a flashback to Stain's declaration once Dabi invokes him, adds dialogue for the soldiers waiting in the assembly hall, and has Mirko report Tomura and the doctor's location only after being cauterized rather than both before and after.
