Summary

Police HQ tracks Team Endeavor mopping up the lower Nomu and worries aloud about High-Ends comparable to the one in Kyushu that took two top professionals to stop. X-Less, left to watch the body, spots a machine still humming in a corner and lasers it, and the resulting jolt wakes Tomura. Elsewhere Crust struggles with the Eleph Nomu even under Erasure, Endeavor guards the wrecked Mirko while Hell Spider fails to catch Woman, and Gran Torino arrives with reinforcements to finally put the High-Ends down. Then Tomura takes X-Less' face in his hand, Decays him, and pulls the man's cape around his shoulders against the cold.

Three minutes earlier at the villa, Tsukuyomi forces his way out of Fat Gum's body and reaches Hawks just before Dabi finishes him, wrapping his mentor in his cloak. Dabi points at Twice's corpse and asks why anyone would protect a hero who stabs friends in the back, then floods the cramped space with flame. Hawks, barely conscious, recognizes the monologue as a stall for heat and whispers the counter; Dark Shadow knocks Dabi clear and they drop to a lower floor. A column of Geten's ice erupts between them as Dabi descends for the kill, letting Black Fallen Angel carry Hawks away while Geten orders the Front to stop scattering.

In Jaku the evacuation proceeds until Izuku hears the first user of One For All speak inside his head for the first time, warning him that he is awake. The laboratory disintegrates. Gran Torino recognizes Decay spreading through anything it touches and screams that touching a single crack means death. Crust throws a Shield to save Aizawa and dissolves giving a thumbs up. Heroes die, the ruin spills out of the hospital and consumes the city, Pixie-Bob's Earth Flow accomplishes nothing, and Garaki gloats mid-flight that a Plus Ultra Tomura has arrived. Deku's St. Louis Smash Air Force and Shoto's ice wall both fail to slow it. In the crater, Tomura salvages the nearly destroyed Quirk-Destroying Drug replicas, hears a voice, and calls Gigantomachia.

Notes

Built from scattered pages of Chapter 267, Chapter 269, and Chapter 270 plus Chapter 271, Chapter 272, and part of Chapter 273. Single-Minded and SKETCH remain in place.

The adaptation keeps inflating the material. Police HQ reporting continues to be original to the anime, the Nomu and High-End battles are extended, Mt. Lady appears inside the villa blocking the underground routes before Geten blows her aside, and the Front villain who moves on Gang Orca is cut. X-Less destroying the drug capsule, Tomura killing him and taking the cape, and the first stirrings of the Decay are all shown here. Wash, Anima, and Comicman's brush with the wave is dropped while the Wild, Wild Pussycats get more, including Tiger rescuing Pixie-Bob. Ryukyu carries an unnamed female professional in her jaws on the page but not on screen, and All For One's voice presses on Tomura more insistently in the anime.
