Summary

Police HQ loses sight of everything as the dust from Jaku swallows the hospital. At the villa, Tsukuyomi hands the unconscious Hawks to the medics while Cementoss and Mt. Lady break Geten's ice, the former shaping a cement bat for her to swing. A hero notices Eel Boy where he should not be and gets a knife for it: Himiko, Transformed and hollowed out by Twice's death, cuts her way through the line while Mr. Compress and Dabi watch from above. Then the floor caves and a vast hand rises behind her. Gigantomachia is moving, which tells Dabi that Tomura is awake.

In the crater, All For One's voice repeats One For All until Endeavor arrives and traps the area in Hell's Curtain. Tomura strolls out of the fire, regenerating, and answers a blast with one of his own. Sensing the whole stockpile now sitting inside him and still feeling unsatisfied, he asks where One For All is. Endeavor repeats the phrase aloud on the comms, Burnin hears it, and so does Izuku. Ragdoll's stolen Search, wielded by Tomura, pinpoints the boy immediately.

Izuku runs away from the evacuees rather than toward them, and Bakugo follows, insisting he is only there to repay Tomura for the kidnapping that ended All Might's career and that Izuku is nothing but bait. Tomura blankets the area with Air Cannon and Radio Waves, killing every communication device and, underground, waking a hidden stock of pods. He drops in front of the pair, death radiating off him, and asks Izuku to hand One For All over. Gran Torino snatches them away, Ryukyu tackles him, and Eraser Head strips his Quirks. Endeavor, launched by Kido's Traject, still cannot land the finish: Tomura dodges on raw physical strength alone, which Garaki explains is deliberately capped below All Might's prime to spare his brain. Aizawa names him a perfected Nomu, and as reinforcements arrive, a horde of Nomu blocks the road.

Key Events

Himiko, grieving Twice, Transforms into Eel Boy and slaughters heroes inside the villa. Gigantomachia awakens beneath them.

Tomura demonstrates Super Regeneration, Air Cannon, Search, and Radio Waves, confirming that All For One's stockpile is now his. He uses Search to locate Izuku and demands One For All.

Izuku and Bakugo deliberately flee the evacuation zone to draw Tomura away from civilians, with Bakugo framing it as payback rather than loyalty.

Notes

Adapted from the back half of Chapter 273 through part of Chapter 276, with Single-Minded and SKETCH.

Police HQ scenes remain an anime invention. The Geten fight is enlarged, with Cementoss bringing the ice down and forging a club for Mt. Lady where the manga simply had her punch. All For One's voice works on Tomura more heavily here. When Izuku overhears Endeavor say One For All, the evacuation team is outside the city rather than still inside it, Funkman's body is shown, and the anime depicts the Radio Waves reaching the Near High-End Nomu underground along with their activation.
