Villain

"Tomura" makes it back to the cave still convulsing as New Order tears through him. All For One promises the body will recover and re-acclimate, and notes that his successor's screaming about killing anyone who knows All Might means their two consciousnesses are beginning to fuse. He tells the rest of the League to relax now that the threat is handled and to stay on standby. Dabi says his patience ran out long ago and wants his father. All For One grants him the enthusiasm but points out the real difference between them: not the flexible routes he maps out years ahead, which absorb shocks like Izuku returning to school or an incomplete successor, but the number of friends on the outside willing to act when he cannot. Asked what happens if one is exposed, he calls them disposable, says he would simply reroute, and treats their downfall as light entertainment at worst.

At U.A., Class 1-A drills hard. Katsuki refines Cluster with Izuku using what he picked up from Endeavor, and Shoto works on a technique meant to counter Dabi by welding his left and right halves into one attack. During a break, Denki asks Minoru whether simply locating the pair would make this cleaner. Katsuki and Momo explain why the approach is off the table: All For One has spent a lifetime staying invisible, hero manpower has fallen by roughly half since the war, and the villains will bring the fight to them regardless, so building numbers beats scattering resources. Izuku sees an upside, luring them somewhere favorable, and offers to scout for it alone, which his class immediately vetoes.

Meanwhile Toru trails Yuga through the forested area, worried by how glum he has been since Izuku's return. She overhears his parents relaying a new encrypted order and remarking on the absence of cameras, and his mother telling her weeping son that refusing All For One means death for all of them, exactly as it has been for every task since Kamino. Yuga leaked the Quirk Training Camp's location, and Toru realizes with horror that the U.S.J. raid probably traces back to him too. His mother then reveals the boy was born Quirkless, and that the couple contacted All For One so their son could be given a Quirk and feel normal, never imagining they were being converted into spies. Yuga breaks down over the years spent protecting them while believing the arrest at Kamino had ended it.

A rustle in the grass exposes Izuku and Toru watching, after she flagged him down and brought him up to speed. His mother denies everything; Yuga, weeping, confesses and calls himself nothing but a disgusting villain. As the family tries to flee, Yuga thinks about what Navel Laser cost his parents emotionally and financially, and how a wish to belong curdled into a duty to protect them. He admits that learning Izuku had once been Quirkless too drove him into despair. The standoff is brief: Toru refracts his laser aside, which briefly sketches her outline and half her face into view, and demands to know what he was actually thinking through everything they shared, given the country is in ruins and his classmates could have died many times over. Izuku pins the family with Blackwhip and pleads for everyone to stand down long enough to untangle it.

Questioned inside the main building before the class, Nezu, and the faculty, Naomasa judges it unlikely Yuga is rigged the way Lady Nagant was, since Navel Laser was granted ten years ago. Present Mic, who first floated the traitor theory to the staff, cannot believe it landed on a student of his. Nezu offers to clear the room; the class refuses. The Aoyamas insist they know nothing beyond the orders they receive, and that failure, lies, or a call to law enforcement would mean death. Yuga apologizes for the secret and calls himself a villain, which Izuku rejects outright: he points to Yuga trying to save Katsuki and Fumikage from Mr. Compress at the camp, to the hints dropped before the School Festival, and to the fact that he is sobbing over it now. Doing wrong does not permanently make someone a villain, he says, as he learned from Lady Nagant, and he offers his hand.

Naomasa cuts it off and has Sansa muzzle the boy. Intent and circumstance aside, he argues, Yuga actively assisted All For One, and nobody can promise his body is clean. He asks the parents why they never warned the villain about the interception at Kamino Ward; they explain contact only ever runs one way and cannot be traced. Thinking back to Izuku's idea about choosing the battlefield, the class realizes the line running from Yuga to the villain might be exactly how they get one. Izuku steps forward and repeats that there is still time for his friend to become a hero.

Yuga Aoyama is exposed as U.A.'s traitor, and his family's arrangement with All For One is laid bare.

Yuga is confirmed to have leaked the Quirk Training Camp's location and to have been born Quirkless before receiving Navel Laser.

Toru Hagakure uses Warp Refraction, briefly revealing her outline.

All For One admits his outside collaborators are entirely expendable.

The class recognizes that the line running from Yuga to the villain could be turned into a trap.

The anime gives Class 1-A's outdoor drills more screen time and shows Yuga's parents' wedding. Izuku restates his belief in Yuga once the group works out how to use him against All For One. The moment where Toru spots Izuku while looking for help is cut.
