A flashback fills in the briefing All Might, Naomasa, and Nezu gave Class 1-A after their searches turned up nothing. The sweeps were never really about finding anyone. They were about looking sloppy for All For One, who presumably still watches through Search, lulling him into confidence and making him reachable. Once he was, Yuga, having agreed to Eraser Head's plan, would be the bait.

The students are glad to have their classmate back, though Momo worries the Aoyamas will be killed for the deception. All Might explains the workaround: All For One only ever contacts them by voice, and he almost certainly has a Quirk that hears lies in speech, so Eraser Head intends to route around it. He calls in the solution, and Hitoshi Shinso walks in wearing his new costume. Tsuyu points out that Brainwashing cannot make victims speak or do anything requiring thought, and Hitoshi admits he trained past that limit with Eraser Head in anticipation of transferring into the hero course, which he finds awkward given nobody has changed grades yet. He would drive the Aoyamas' half of the call, stripping every trace of conscious feeling from their words.

Fumikage asks how the heroes avoid massing in one place and burning their surprise. That answer sits at Central Hospital, where Neito stands with Eraser Head and Vlad King in front of a restrained Kurogiri, weighing the request that he Copy Warp Gate and master it within days. He is also asked to take Erasure, since Aizawa's Quirk Factor is too damaged for the ability to function in his own hands. Neito remembers being told that a codependent Quirk made him fit only to be a side character. Vlad King puts an arm around him and says the plan collapses if a single person is missing, and that this operation has no side characters. His teacher tells him that from here on, he is the star.

Back in the present, Neito leans into his Phantom Thief persona and laughs at All For One as heroes flood through his perfectly replicated portals. Naomasa moves the other squads and All Might calls the start. "Tomura" reaches for the ground with Decay and something inside him stops it. Dabi charges Endeavor and is cut off by a burst of ice as Shoto steps through a portal to take his brother instead. All Might calls Operation Troy: metal cages erupt from the ground, corral the villains into isolated groups, and rocket toward another set of Neito's portals while hero teams peel off in pursuit. The villains work it out fast and start breaking free, and the heroes, having planned for exactly that, use the few available seconds to shove them through anyway. Every cage lands. Izuku, part of the squad chasing "Tomura's", is dragged into the wrong portal by a wire, with Dynamight barely catching him before both vanish. All Might puts Fat Gum on Can't Stop Twinkling and sends him after the stragglers, orders Phantom Thief back to Eraser Head, and Phase Two begins.

In the ruins of Gunga Mountain Villa, a floating All For One is met by Hawks driving two artificial feather blades into his life support mask, and Hawks apologizes to Endeavor for failing to cut through. All For One compliments the strategy, then asks whether it accounted for anyone actually being able to beat him. He calls Endeavor cruel for signing off on the matchups, setting "Tomura" on Deku and stationing his two sons together at Ground Zero in Kamino Ward, framing it as the youngest cleaning up his father's mess while the eldest is abused all over again.

U.A. itself now floats atop a slab of ground driven upward by a rocket and sealed inside an electromagnetic barrier. The only villain routed there, "Tomura", arrives alongside Suneater, Edgeshot, Mirko, Nejire Chan, and Dynamight, who informs Best Jeanist that Deku went through the wrong gate. Himiko threw him toward Okuto Island as her cage split open, dropping him in front of a startled Uravity and Froppy, and Izuku notes that Danger Sense never triggered. Suneater panics, since Deku anchored the whole plan for "Tomura", and Mirko tells everyone to fight regardless. The villain lands, tells himself not to hesitate again, and starts eroding the ground, only for a column of metal platforms to erupt beneath him, hurl him into the barrier, and electrocute him. Best Jeanist binds him in metal wire with Fiber Master and whips him across the arena while "Tomura" notices the blocks disintegrating on contact with open air, a deliberate check on Decay's spread. The craters refill instantly: the Coffin in the Sky, assembled from the school grounds themselves, was purpose-built to end him, with Mei, Cementoss, Creati, Power Loader, and the support course repairing underground while Chargebolt, Comicman, Yuyu, and another third-year power the barrier's generator.

When "Tomura" tries Radio Waves to kill the structure, nothing happens. Phantom Thief is stationed on a nearby platform with Erasure active, touching Eraser Head to keep resetting Copy's timer while Manual keeps his eyes hydrated so he never blinks. Aizawa is uneasy anyway, since Deku was the crux of the plan and the body in front of him has hit full completion. As Mirko moves in for a kick, the villain wheels about and buries her under a wave of mangled fingers sprouting from his right hand, then calmly tells Eraser Head how uncool he just became.

Hitoshi Shinso's role is revealed: brainwashing the Aoyamas to defeat All For One's lie-detecting Quirk.

Neito Monoma copies Warp Gate from Kurogiri and Erasure from Eraser Head, becoming the operation's linchpin.

Operation Troy concludes, separating the villains onto individual battlefields.

Deku is dragged to Okuto Island by Himiko, breaking the plan built around him.

"Tomura's" body reaches 100 percent completion, and his finger mutation debuts against Mirko.

The battles against Himiko, Dabi, All For One, and "Tomura" all begin.

The seventh season's sixth episode, adapted from Chapters 344 through 346.

The anime adds a flashback of Mei, Cementoss, Power Loader, Ectoplasm, and civilians planning and building the Coffin in the Sky, shows Deku leaving the portal and identifying Himiko as his abductor, and has Hawks strike All For One with a cross slash after the villain recognizes the Gunga ruins rather than the instant he lands. The heroes strike him one wave at a time rather than simultaneously, and Mirko's kick attempt is added just before the finger growth hits her.
