"Tomura's" body stops obeying biology, Deku is stranded on the wrong island with a girl who wants to become him, and Dabi finally starts talking. Three battlefields, one shared problem: the hero who was supposed to be here is somewhere else entirely.
The fingers that struck Mirko become a flood, pouring out of "Tomura's" right hand and swamping the battlefield along with the heroes standing on it. This is not a Quirk, since Phantom Thief still has Erasure running. His body is remaking its own shape under the strain of the Quirk Singularity, unable to contain a stockpile that will not stop evolving.
Mandalay arrives with word that Deku has requested a Warp Gate to his assigned battlefield after Himiko dumped him on Okuto Island. Nobody can grant it. Copy holds a single Quirk at any moment, and as Eraser Head and Best Jeanist both see it, dropping Erasure hands the villain a Decay he can now spread with far more fingers than before. Aizawa tells his student he is sorry, and that the others will keep the villain busy while Deku works out his own route to the floating campus.
The island fight is going the heroes' way, and Deku helps where he can while trying to solve his transit problem. Himiko interrupts before he can plan, still invisible to Danger Sense because affection rather than malice drives her. Asked what she wants, she says, delighted, that she wants him as her boyfriend, which reduces him to an embarrassed mess while Uravity looks on in mild discomfort. She explains how enamored she became with the decrepit state she saw him in at the Quirk Training Camp, that she wants his blood in her, and that to her, being a couple means becoming the person you love. Deku tries to reach her while fishing her out of the waves the surrounding fights are throwing up, saying he understands admiration because he grew up wanting to be All Might, and asking why she cannot simply be open about someone she likes, since he could never hurt anyone he felt that way about.
It lands the wrong way. The words only replay every time Uravity, Curious, and her own parents told her that what she is is not normal. She triggers the rocket sickles newly fitted to her Blood-Sucking Machine and comes at him out of the dark. Uravity tackles her aside and tries reasoning too, and Himiko, finished trying to be understood, slips the hold, swings back around, and stabs her in the shoulder. Deku and Froppy knock her off from both sides, and Blackwhip pins her in the water. With Uravity and Froppy coaxing him on as Himiko starts to recover, Deku blasts off toward U.A. on a combination of Float and Fa Jin, with Delaware Smash Air Force feeding him speed and holding his balance in the air.
He panics at his own pace, since he cannot reach "Tomura" in time and cannot use Faux 100 Percent with nothing in the area for Blackwhip to grab. The Second User's vestige tells him to settle down: pouring everything into his makeshift Mid-Gauntlets would injure him before the fight even starts, and he has clearly been eyeing Gearshift to fix the speed problem. That Quirk is a last resort, the vestige reminds him, and it has grown far past the way he once used it. Do not rush, and trust your friends to keep fighting where you cannot.
At Ground Zero in Kamino Ward, an ocean of blue fire swallows the district. Dabi observes that the heroes standing against him keep thinning, and compares the scene to the Hosu Incident, the event that pushed him to act after joining the League. Only Ingenium, Shoto, Burnin, Kido, and Onima are left, and Dabi complains that Endeavor sent five substitutes rather than face his eldest son himself. Ingenium hangs back to protect his engines while the other three stay behind Shoto. Told that Shoto came here by his own choice, Dabi writes it off as proof he became the perfect pawn their father was molding, then muses that this standoff may just be the natural peak of human feeling and imbalance boiling over inside a superhuman society. Asked why, alive all this time, he never returned home, Dabi, his charred jaw beginning to peel, starts telling his brother how Toya became a villain.
"Tomura's" wave of fingers is confirmed to be bodily mutation under the Quirk Singularity rather than a Quirk, meaning Erasure cannot suppress it.
Himiko confesses to Deku, and the fight against her concludes with Uravity stabbed and Himiko restrained by Blackwhip.
Danger Sense is confirmed not to react to Himiko because her intent is affection rather than malice.
Deku departs Okuto Island for the Coffin in the Sky using Float, Fa Jin, and Air Force.
The Second User warns Deku away from Gearshift and from overloading his gauntlets.
Dabi begins recounting his transformation to Shoto.
The seventh season's seventh episode, adapted from Chapters 347 through 349.
The anime expands the earlier Counter-Force conversation with a flashback detailing which heroes were assigned to which villain and where, and lets the Okuto Island clash with the Near High-End Nomu run slightly longer. In the English dub, Katsuki calls Mirko a "bunny wabbit" while they argue, a nod to Elmer Fudd of Looney Tunes and the second such reference in the series after Episode 114.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
In Inflation, Himiko Toga corners Deku on Okuto Island and confesses that she wants to be his girlfriend, explaining that being close to someone she loves means wanting to become them. When Deku's response echoes what she has always been told, that she is not normal, Himiko attacks with the sickle blades on her Blood-Sucking Machine, and Deku, Uravity, and Froppy work together to subdue and restrain her with Blackwhip.
In Inflation, Eraser Head and Best Jeanist determine that the wave of fingers pouring from Tomura's hand is a bodily mutation caused by the Quirk Singularity rather than a Quirk itself, so Erasure cannot suppress it.
After the fight with Himiko concludes, Deku launches toward U.A. using a combination of Float and Fa Jin, with Delaware Smash Air Force providing extra speed and balance in the air, since no one can grant him a Warp Gate.
The Second User's vestige tells Deku not to rush and warns that Gearshift, the power he has been eyeing to fix his speed problem, should be treated as a last resort because it has grown far more powerful than when the vestige once used it, and overloading his makeshift gauntlets would injure him before the fight even begins.
At Kamino Ward, Dabi is asked by Shoto why he never returned home, and as his charred jaw begins to peel, Dabi starts telling his brother the story of how Toya became a villain, a story picked up in the following episode.
