Panic spreads through the sealed evacuation route linking U.A. to Shiketsu, where trapped civilians hear nothing from the authorities and watch broadcasts of the losing battle above. A saboteur planted by All For One electrifies a cable and drops structural blocks onto the crowd; Gunhead corners him, and the retired Death Arms, moving before he can talk himself out of it, catches a falling slab that Real Steel was already reaching for. Deku's stand against Tomura, and the memory of the boy who once charged a Sludge Villain, outweigh the public scorn that drove him out of the profession.

In the command room, Naomasa cannot find a single hero fit enough to intercept All For One before he reaches Warping range, and a temperature alarm spikes at the Gunga Mountain Villa ruins. Dabi has been packing heat into his body since his last defeat, and the readings give roughly ten minutes before he detonates across a five-kilometer radius, with one evacuation block still stalled inside it. All Might phones Shoto and Ingenium in Kamino: no other hero has the strength or the powers for this, and only their two Quirks can answer it. Rain has cooled Ingenium's stalled legs enough to run, and with Shoto shaving drag with ice and friction with flame, Maximum Speed carries the pair across the country faster than a fighter jet.

Endeavor tries to drag his eldest away from the evacuees until the injuries All For One left him with catch up. Dabi burns his father badly while babbling in the voice of the boy he used to be, and Endeavor spots frost blooming on his son's chest, an inheritance from Rei surfacing as a survival reflex rather than a Blueflame awakening. Accepting his own authorship of what Toya became, Endeavor grapples him and climbs, meaning to absorb the blast himself. Rei, Natsuo, and Fuyumi arrive and bury the pair in ice, not enough to stop the detonation but enough for Dabi to register that his whole family finally has eyes on him. Shoto sprints in at the last second and quenches the dome with Great Glacial Aegir, leaving his brother frozen from within and still cursing everyone, himself included, while Endeavor crawls over to apologize for never showing up at Sekoto Peak, then to Rei, Fuyumi, Natsuo, and Shoto in turn.

Death Arms returns to action underground, and Battle Fist's group finishes restraining every spy planted in the tunnel, though the wrecked evacuation controls force the civilians out on foot with U.A. robots escorting them clear of the blast zone.

Ingenium rockets himself and Shoto to Gunga under Maximum Speed, and Shoto ends the Todoroki family's fight by cooling Dabi's compressed inferno with Great Glacial Aegir before it can reach its apex.

All Might plants himself in Ido City directly under All For One's flight path, transforms his suitcase and Hercules into powered armor, and announces his arrival to open the last fight of his career.

The episode draws on chapters 385 through 390, opening with Curtain Call and closing on Sixth Magnitude Star. Japanese broadcast landed on September 28, 2024, with the English dub following on October 12.

Several manga beats are cut. The exchange between Geten and Mr. Compress is gone, which also removes the reveal of Geten's Himura lineage and his link to Rei's bloodline, and Chikuchi Togeike and Tsutsutaka Agoyamato no longer assist the evacuation on screen.

Other scenes expand or shift. The standoff between Tajima and Gunhead runs longer, the cut of Stain beside his glider is dropped, and All Might's memory of Deku asking whether a Quirkless boy can be a hero replays the original rooftop footage rather than a restaged image.
