The last copies scatter into the sky. One partially formed double opens Hawks' shoulder before dissolving, and the exhausted hero absorbs both the cut and the avenging rage behind it, calling the original a great guy before he blacks out. Himiko gathers her ruined Blood Sucking Machine and admits what her knife became: an attempt to imitate the people she loved that curdled into rage at a world that would not fit her. Transform's recoil doubles her over. Across the rubble, Uravity is bled out and barely lucid, yet still forcing herself conscious to lower her allies safely with an awakened Zero Gravity. Himiko drinks the spilled blood, transforms sloppily into her, and decides the girl is not going to die.

Copying blood type along with the face, she runs needles from her canisters into both their arms and gives Uravity a transfusion, the same improvisation Twice used to save her in Deika City, then breaks off a needle to stitch the wounds shut. She wonders whether the promise of blood for life would survive a prison sentence, tells Uravity she should have stuck to the ordinary hero playbook, and thanks her anyway for refusing to bury the memories Dabi once burned down with her house. Lying beside her, apologizing for the stabbing and the shouting, Himiko says the reaching out made her heart lighter than it has ever been, and wonders whether finding that feeling earlier would have made giving blood as joyful as taking it. Either way, she got the life she chose, an ordinary girl whose smile was the cutest anywhere.

Twenty minutes earlier, in Ido City, All Might squares up beneath All For One's flight path. Sir Nighteye's last Foresight promised him a gruesome death in a villain fight, and he recognizes the moment, doubting his old sidekick ever pictured a de-aging enemy. The briefcase and Hercules' parts assemble into the Armored All Might, and he smiles. Hercules feeds the fight to Naomasa, and La Brava mirrors it to the public over the detective's objection that this is a broadcast execution to buy Deku minutes. All For One cannot ignore the grin and dives in enraged. What follows is a Quirkless man dismantling him with borrowed names: "Red Riot" panels absorb a laser, "Blackwhip" cables pin him, "Chargebolt" electrocutes him and disrupts the rewinding, "Cellophane" reels him in for a Shoot Style Smash launched off "Sugarman", and a "Pinky" superacid syringe corrodes him. All Might points out that an enemy who wears foes down and takes their Quirks has nothing to take from him, then remembers begging a young Nana Shimura for training, telling her the world needed a Symbol of Peace and that a Quirkless boy had no other part to play. Hurled through what is left of Tatooin Station, he lands in sight of the rooftop where his successor once asked the same question he had once asked Nana. He also notices the trap closing in his favor: every wound makes the Rewind drug run faster, so All For One only grows younger, and All Might laughs, calls for "Uravity and Ingenium" thrusters at full throttle, and asks Class 1-A for their strength as Deku, far away, feels his vestige flare and calls his name.

Himiko Toga dies giving Uravity a self-sacrificing blood transfusion, using Transform to match blood type and her canister needles to suture the wounds.

The Armored All Might sees its first deployment, a suit Melissa Shield helped build years after her father sheltered its wearer in the United States, and Hercules streams the fight worldwide through La Brava's proxy feed.

Damage accelerates All For One's Rewind drug, so All Might's stalling tactic doubles as a de-aging weapon, and his running commentary keeps the villain's attention off Tomura and U.A.

Season seven closes here, on its twenty-first entry, adapting chapters 395 through 398. It premiered in Japan on October 12, 2024, and in English on October 26.

The suit add-on the manga labeled "Dark Shadow" was a mistake Kohei Horikoshi acknowledged in an author's comment; the anime renames it "Tsukuyomi". The anime also inserts flashbacks to the earlier All Might and All For One rematch, adds holographic readouts showing the armor's internals, and has Naomasa tear up when the villain abandons his course toward U.A.

Ordering changes too. All Might criticizes his enemy's fighting style while "Chargebolt" is still running rather than during the transition to Shoot Style Smash, his flashbacks during the "Pinky" de-aging laugh are removed, and his declaration at the thrusters becomes a direct plea to Class 1-A followed by a montage that ends on Chargebolt watching Deku from the U.A. Coffin.
