All For One

A sharp reporter pushes Shota Aizawa at the press conference, asking why he authorized students to fight back and whether that reflects well on the school. Shota answers that the alternative was worse, and Nezu points to what students like Tetsutetsu and Itsuka prevented. When the questions turn to Katsuki's temper and hints of brainwashing, Vlad King braces for a crack in his colleague. Instead Shota apologizes for not curbing the boy's aggression and reframes it as the by-product of a relentless drive to stand at the top.

Katsuki Bakugo, watching from captivity, concludes his teachers read him better than he expected. He tells his captors he will never sign on, judges himself too valuable to be killed, and starts planning who to hurt on the way out. Tomura Shigaraki calls his people off the boy, admits the clock is running short, and asks All For One for power.

Momo Yaoyorozu leads Izuku, Shoto, Tenya and Eijiro toward the building they assume is the hideout, though not one of them can manage stealth. At the pros' briefing, Endeavor demands to know why he is here at all and Best Jeanist tells the alumnus to stop whining. Tsukauchi explains that U.A. staff are unusable while the media circles, Best Jeanist notes he already knows Katsuki from the boy's internship, and Tiger sees his chance to bring Ragdoll home. Two hideouts mean two teams striking simultaneously, and Nezu's feigned ignorance at the conference was cover for hitting on the same day.

The students circle to a back window with night vision goggles and find a Nomu breeding facility. At the bar, a pizza delivery turns into All Might punching through the far wall. Kamui Woods binds every villain at once before Kurogiri can open a gate, Gran Torino boots Dabi unconscious mid-burn, and Edgeshot slips through the door to report the building surrounded. Endeavor, stuck outside on catch duty, complains loudly. Tomura calls for the Nomu, unaware Mt. Lady has already torn the factory open and that Best Jeanist and Gang Orca have the creatures pinned. Edgeshot drops Kurogiri, and Gran Torino names most of the League aloud before asking where All For One is, which sends Tomura back to the day his master found him.

Then portals no one recognizes bloom open, spilling Nomu through, and one swallows Katsuki. Endeavor and the police are buried in creatures of their own; Tsukauchi cannot raise Best Jeanist. Mt. Lady calls her side of the raid too easy and Best Jeanist insists the role mattered. Tiger finds Ragdoll, plainly tampered with. A voice explains that her Quirk was taken because his stock has run dry, Best Jeanist attacks and is met with an explosion, and the students stare in terror at All For One.

Shota publicly defends Katsuki's character at the press conference while Nezu plays dumb to keep the raids unexpected. The Hideout Raid team splits between the League's bar and the Nomu factory, and both strikes initially succeed: Kamui Woods binds the villains, Gran Torino downs Dabi, Edgeshot knocks out Kurogiri, and Mt. Lady, Best Jeanist and Gang Orca neutralize the Nomu stock.

Tomura asks All For One for power, and unknown warp gates then move Nomu across the battlefield and abduct Katsuki again. Ragdoll is recovered with her Search Quirk stolen, and All For One appears in person, marking the true start of the Kamino Incident.

The forty-seventh episode and the ninth of the third season, part of the Hideout Raid arc. It aired 2 June 2018 in Japan and 27 April 2019 in the United States, adapting chapters 86 through 88, under Odd Future and Update.

The adaptation shows Momo actually using the receiver she built for the tracker. It also makes the two raid teams' separate locations explicit through video telecast, where the manga only implies the split across panels and has the police working by radio. Best Jeanist gains a flashback to Katsuki's internship, and a shot of Izuku at a vending machine replaces the manga's image of the group strategizing at the factory fence.
