A gang of masked pickpockets whose leader turns carbonated water into a weapon. Cider House spent a month charting hero patrols before its holiday robbery spree, only to run into Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki half an hour after the two collected their provisional licenses.
Cider House is a small villain team that surfaces as the Meta Liberation Army Arc opens, then resurfaces once the Paranormal Liberation War is over. Its trade is pickpocketing, worked hardest through the holiday season.
A uniform marks the gang: navy blue jackets and horned masks across the rank and file, with the leader skipping the mask in favor of a belt bearing the same horned imagery, plus a lighter blue jacket. That leader, a young man never named, wields a Quirk over carbonated water and keeps black market contacts. Detnerat supplied him gauntlets that turn a blast of his water into gatling fire. The members can also ride what he produces, keeping their balance on a wave rolling down a street.
Planning came first. The gang studied one street for a month, mapping hero patrol routes and civilian traffic to find the window offering the most loot against the least resistance. On a Sunday in early December they moved, stripping wallets, purses, and anything valuable from shoppers during the gap when no hero was near.
Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki broke it up, having received their Provisional Hero Licenses only half an hour before. Insulted at being interrupted by students, the leader ordered his men to run with the take, and Katsuki flattened them all with ease. Shoto handled the leader, support gear included, burying the seltzer Quirk under fire and ice. All Might arrived with the Pro Hero Slidin Go to check on his students. Katsuki had saved the stolen property, Slidin Go hugged the boys and took over from there, and everyone watched the gauntlets blow themselves apart, which Slidin Go read as cheap black-market junk and which conveniently kept the gear from being traced back to Detnerat. The gang went to prison and every stolen item was returned to its owner.
Months later they got out again. All For One, wearing Tomura Shigaraki's body, retrieved his original body from Tartarus and emptied the prison, then sent the freed convicts and the High-End Nomu to crack open other facilities so the authorities would have more to chase. Cider House walked out of Shian Prison in that wave. With heroes absent, the gang tried to storm a restaurant for money and food, and the workers fought back with Support Gear. The villains lost, but the untrained defenders were seriously hurt, and the brawl tore up the surrounding streets in the process.
The leader is the only figure of any note, an unnamed young man whose Quirk manipulates carbon into water and generates it in volume. His Water Gatling Gauntlets, a Detnerat product, split that output into multiple pressurized streams before self-destructing after his defeat. The rest of the gang is anonymous and uniformly masked, capable enough at surfing to ride their leader's waves.
The team is listed as inactive. Its name likely plays on cider, the drink fermented from apple juice, matching the fizzy water the leader produces.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The Cider House's unnamed leader wields a Quirk that manipulates carbon into water, generating pressurized carbonated water in large volume. Detnerat supplied him the Water Gatling Gauntlets, which turn blasts of that water into machine-gun-like fire.

Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto Todoroki defeated Cider House just half an hour after receiving their Provisional Hero Licenses. Bakugo flattened the rank and file while Todoroki buried the leader's Quirk under fire and ice.
Cider House went to prison after their defeat, but months later escaped Shian Prison when All For One, in Tomura Shigaraki's body, freed the inmates. The gang then tried and failed to rob a restaurant, losing to the staff's Support Gear.
Cider House members wear navy blue jackets and horned masks, while their unnamed leader skips the mask for a lighter blue jacket and a belt bearing the same horned imagery.
