Overview

Built as a partnership between prominent Pro Heroes under Endeavor and the Police Force under Naomasa Tsukauchi, the Hospital Raid Team existed for one mission: hit Jaku General Hospital and arrest Tomura Shigaraki along with the man behind the Nomu, Doctor Kyudai Garaki. It debuts in Chapter 258 and is now inactive.

It counts as one half of the biggest alliance of professionals the series ever assembles. The job demanded overwhelming firepower, tight coordination, and sheer headcount, since the plan called for breaching Garaki's facility, clearing civilians out, destroying the Nomu, and capturing the two figures holding the villain organizations together.

Role

Intelligence made the raid possible. Hawks fed information out from inside the Hero Public Safety Commission itself, while a second operative worked undercover at the hospital. Once the evidence was solid that the man presenting himself as Jaku's founder was in fact the architect of the Nomu, the assembled force moved.

Endeavor took the bulk of the team straight at the doctor. Mandalay and others handled evacuation on the expectation that Nomu would surface, while a subgroup under Endeavor's sidekick Burnin, staffed with hero trainees, cleared Jaku City. Mirko drove deep into the facility hunting Shigaraki and ran into the Nomu instead.

The fight exploded from there. The Garaki they had cornered proved to be one of Twice's duplicates, sending Mirko and Crust further in after the real body. Cut off from any exit, Garaki roused the High-Ends and set them to guarding him while he rushed Shigaraki's awakening.

Mirko engaged four High-Ends by herself and held the edge at first, but the damage accumulated and Crust could not reach her, blocked by a larger specimen. She broke for the tank holding Shigaraki regardless. The High-Ends cut her off until Endeavor and the rest arrived, reinforcements kept coming, and the coalition's numbers and discipline eventually put down all five High-Ends and let the heroes pour into Garaki's inner chamber.
