Mazinger Brothers

The three of them head the Mazinger High Karate Club and register as villains in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, though their conduct rarely rises above thuggish nuisance. Their look is unmistakable: the body of the famous Mazinger robot with a karate uniform worn over it.

Whatever menace they carry sits on top of an unusually narrow obsession. What genuinely fires them up is the matter of their club's dates, pursued with more passion than any criminal ambition.

Their appearance amounts to a single confrontation. The brothers walk into a rival karate club and demand dates with the female students there, exactly the sort of intimidation nobody in the room can refuse alone. Koichi Haimawari, working as The Crawler, cuts the demand short.

Their power does back the swagger up. Rocket Thrust launches the user's right fist at a target at tremendous speed, handing a group already shaped like machines a genuine ranged attack.

The three brothers lead the Mazinger High Karate Club and take their designs from three mechas in the Mazinger franchise: Grendizer, Great Mazinger, and Mazinger Z. A fourth student in the club draws instead on Jim Mazinger, the codependent human counterpart to Mazinger Z who turned up in Violence Jack, another work by the same creator.

None of the three survive adaptation. The anime swaps them for a karate club representing 3rd Planet From The Black Hole High, whose members resemble the suitmation versions of Mechagodzilla and Moguera.
