Onomura Pharma Corp.

Formally the Onomura Pharmaceuticals Kanto R&D Center, and shortened in practice to Onomura Pharma Corp., the firm produces substances intended for medical use. It sits in the city of Tokyo, manufacturing and wholesaling drugs to the medical industry.

Size works against its profile. The company never grew prominent enough to become a household name, and plenty of people have no idea it exists at all.

Behind the legitimate business, the property serves the Villain Factory as cover, or at minimum sits close enough to it to raise the question. A single research wing tucked into a corner of the grounds barely interacts with the rest of the building's departments.

That isolation is the point. The wing operates as the criminal organization's base, holding the laboratories where kidnapped victims are subjected to experiments with Trigger and related substances in order to manufacture Next-Level Villains.

The Villain Factory is the group that actually matters here, using the sealed research wing as its headquarters and its production line for Next-Level Villains. The rest of the staff work an ordinary pharmaceutical business with no visible connection to it.

The company debuts in Chapter 48 of Vigilantes, adapted in Episode 23. The anime redesigned the building compared to its manga counterpart and dropped the hoarding that carried the company name.
