Chapter 107 leaves Denki alone against a boy who folds people into meat. A smuggled grenade and a spirited defense of his loudest classmate carry the fight, while Izuku's trio tags its way through the last stretch of the first exam.
On the bridge, AP Shot: Auto Cannon has just scattered both Seiji Shishikura and the flesh fingers he kneaded, and he blames Katsuki Bakugo's crude aggression for lowering his guard. Denki Kaminari watches the severed fingers rejoin their owner's skin as Seiji rebuilds them and vows to teach Katsuki the value of dignity. Sick of the lecture, Katsuki rushes in while Denki fires from the rig on his arm. Seiji slips the shots and decides to remove Denki's fire first, which infuriates Katsuki into another Auto Cannon, blocked by a raised wall of flesh. Seiji denies ignoring anyone and points out the lump already resting on Katsuki's shoulders, sent looping beneath the bridge. Contact alone converts a person, and Katsuki joins Eijiro Kirishima as a ball of meat.
Meatball lets Seiji crumple human flesh into spheres, but his skill has grown past that: he can shear off his own flesh, steer it telekinetically, and merge pieces to bulk them up. Convinced that All Might's retirement makes strong successors urgent, he reads the exam's real purpose as culling the weak, which is why he blocks a class he deems unworthy. He warns Denki that the meatballs still feel pain, so blanket electricity would hurt his friends.
Fingers fly at Denki, who answers by throwing an object that detonates and breaks the volley apart. It is one of Katsuki's grenades, handed over during the earlier speech, since Katsuki can rig simple explosions into them. Denki then fires a controlled beam from a fingertip and electrocutes Seiji. He explains that the arm equipment exists because he cannot regulate his own current, and that Katsuki chose the short-range AP Shot precisely to avoid catching Eijiro or him. Katsuki is reckless, Denki says, but nobody takes heroism more seriously, and mocking people you know nothing about is contemptible. Seiji, enraged, retorts that he was telling them their place.
Explosive and hardened fists land on Seiji from behind: enough damage cancels the flesh prisons, which is why he fights at range. He goes down, Katsuki and Eijiro bicker about their timing, and Denki notes every other victim has reverted too. Elsewhere Ochaco Uraraka floats debris for Hanta Sero to fling with tape, burying examinees under weighted rubble. Yokumiru Mera calls seventy-six through, then three more as Izuku Midoriya, Hanta, and Ochaco tag six targets and clear the round. Mera spots the pattern: despite everyone hunting U.A., Class 1-A has yet to lose anyone. The rest of the class works in pairs and trios across the field, and with the first exam nearly finished, Mera hands preparations for the second over to a company of senior citizens and children who are looking forward to rattling the examinees.
Seiji's Meatball Quirk reduces Katsuki and Eijiro to lumps of flesh.
Denki frees them using a grenade Katsuki slipped him and a directed electrical beam, and the three finish Seiji off together.
Izuku, Ochaco, and Hanta immobilize their opponents with floated debris and tape, passing the first exam.
The remaining members of Class 1-A are shown still competing, and the Help Us Company is set up to run the second exam.

Horikoshi's author comment marks forty years of the magazine's serialization with disbelief.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Chapter 107 has Denki Kaminari take on Seiji Shishikura's Meatball Quirk alone after Katsuki Bakugo and Eijiro Kirishima are turned into lumps of flesh, while Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco Uraraka, and Hanta Sero tag their last targets to clear the exam's first round.
Denki Kaminari breaks up an incoming attack with a grenade Katsuki Bakugo slipped him earlier, then fires a controlled electric beam at Seiji Shishikura; once Katsuki and Eijiro Kirishima land the finishing blows, Seiji's meatball transformations reverse.
Meatball lets Seiji Shishikura crumple a person's flesh into balls, and by Chapter 107 he can also shear off and telekinetically steer his own flesh, merging pieces together for extra bulk.
The Help Us Company is introduced in Chapter 107 as the group of senior citizens and children who take over preparations for the second stage of the Provisional Hero License Exam.
Yes, by the end of Chapter 107 Yokumiru Mera notes that despite being hunted by other schools, no member of Class 1-A has failed the first round.
