All Might's arrival closes the darkest stretch of the U.S.J. invasion. Before that, Katsuki and Eijiro cut through the Ruins Zone, Ochaco finds the flaw in Kurogiri's body to spring Tenya loose, and a broken Shota buys Tsuyu's life with the last of his Erasure while Tomura decides pride is worth one more attack.
The Ruins Zone empties fast. Katsuki Bakugo and Eijiro Kirishima flatten the villains posted there, and Katsuki writes the whole group off as beneath him. Eijiro pushes for a rescue run toward their classmates, but Katsuki has a different target: Kurogiri. Every villain in the building arrived through that warp, so taking him apart would strand the League of Villains where they stand. A straggler tries a cheap shot from behind and eats an explosion for it. Eijiro reads the exchange as sheer manliness and falls in behind him.
Near the exit, Tenya Ida is one sprint from open ground when Kurogiri slides into his path again. Ochaco Uraraka has worked out that the metal plates ringing the mist are anchored to a real body, so she seizes them and cancels their weight, hauling Kurogiri skyward. Tenya clears the doors and burns off toward U.A. Dumped in the air, Kurogiri warps out to bring Tomura Shigaraki the news.
In the Central Plaza the Nomu keeps a battered Shota Aizawa pinned. Kurogiri reports Thirteen down but admits a student slipped away, which sours Tomura's mood at once. A student loose means professionals inbound in numbers the League cannot answer, so he calls the retreat. Then he spots Izuku Midoriya, Tsuyu Asui and Minoru Mineta and decides the Symbol of Peace's pride is worth one last dent. His hand closes over Tsuyu's face and nothing decays: Shota spends what he has left nullifying the Quirk before the Nomu crushes him down again. Izuku's counterpunch lands on the Nomu instead and accomplishes nothing, though he notes with interest that his arm held together. A short scramble follows, and then the doors blow inward. All Might stands in the entrance telling the room its fear is over, and Class 1-A lights up. Tomura decides the mission continues.
Katsuki and Eijiro clear the Ruins Zone as a pair, then choose to hunt Kurogiri rather than regroup with the class.
Ochaco and Hanta Sero work together to break Kurogiri's hold on the exit so Tenya can escape and reach the school.
Izuku regulates his output well enough that punching the Nomu does not shatter his arm.
All Might reaches the Unforeseen Simulation Joint.
Titled Game Over, the chapter runs nineteen pages and appeared in issue 49 of 2014 on November 1 of that year. It sits in volume 2 within the U.S.J. arc, with Eijiro and Katsuki on the cover.
Episode 11 of the anime adapts the material. The chapter concludes both the students' clash with Kurogiri and the Central Plaza fight against Tomura and the Nomu.
Quirks on display include One For All, Frog, Erasure, Explosion and Hardening, plus Warp Gate, Engine, Tape and Zero Gravity, alongside the Grenadier Bracers and Shota's Capturing Weapon.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Chapter 17, titled Game Over, closes out the U.S.J. arc as Katsuki Bakugo and Eijiro Kirishima clear the Ruins Zone, Ochaco Uraraka and Hanta Sero free Tenya Ida from Kurogiri, and All Might arrives just as Tomura Shigaraki nearly kills Tsuyu Asui through a badly wounded Shota Aizawa.
After clearing the Ruins Zone, Katsuki Bakugo decides to hunt Kurogiri because every villain in the U.S.J. arrived through his warp gate, meaning taking him apart would strand the entire League of Villains where they stand.
Ochaco Uraraka realizes the metal plates ringing Kurogiri's mist form are anchored to a real body, so she seizes them and cancels their weight, hauling him into the air and letting Tenya Ida clear the exit.
Pinned down by the Nomu, Shota Aizawa spends the last of his Erasure Quirk to nullify Tomura Shigaraki's decay just as his hand closes over Tsuyu Asui's face, saving her life before the Nomu crushes him down again.
Chapter 17 ends with All Might bursting through the doors of the Unforeseen Simulation Joint and telling everyone their fear is over, which lifts Class 1-A's spirits even as Tomura Shigaraki decides the League's mission will continue.
