Show day arrives on the roof of the reopened Marukane store, and the FeatherHATS are half an hour from the stage. Streets away, Eraser Head runs into a Quirk he cannot erase, and Knuckleduster finally speaks a name he has been carrying.
Harusaburo Nanboku is performing on the roof of the freshly reopened Marukane store when Present Mic calls the afternoon block finished: the evening half opens in thirty minutes with the ensemble now billed as the FeatherHATS.
Backstage, nerves catch up with Kazuho Haneyama, and Koichi Haimawari makes a tactless crack about the bobcut worn by the dance squad's president. Midnight and Present Mic let themselves in. The executives had angled for big names and landed none, Midnight mentions, then asks after Eraser Head; Aizawa would come if he could, Present Mic relays.
Aizawa is in fact walking toward the venue, hoping a villain surfaces and spares him the show. Someone screams that one has. On another street, people flee a huge, lumbering Teruo Unagisawa, who cannot steer his new bulk. Eraser Head binds him and tries Erasure, only to find it useless: the monstrous body is not a transformation, it is the only form Teruo has. Slick skin slips him free. Crying out for Pop, he cuts loose with Electric Eel, and the surge blacks out the district, rooftop show included.
Kuin Hachisuka watches from a nearby roof as Teruo drops unconscious. She weighs dosing the frightened crowd with Trigger, and the voice in her earpiece tells her not to. Knuckleduster walks up, taser knuckle going on, uses her birth name, Tamao, and says her mother is waiting.
Eraser Head finds Erasure useless against Teruo Unagisawa, whose giant body is his natural form.
Teruo's Electric Eel blast blacks out the area and the show.
Knuckleduster corners Kuin Hachisuka and speaks her birth name, Tamao Oguro.
Twenty-one pages, published January 27, 2018 and collected in volume 4 of the Vigilantes spinoff, written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and drawn by Betten Court. Vs. Queen Bee arc, adapted as Episode 11, with the FeatherHATS on the cover.
Harusaburo Nanboku debuts here. The chapter originally carried the title "Sermon", changed for the tankobon release.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
In My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Chapter 22, titled The Day Of, Eraser Head battles the giant villain Teruo Unagisawa while the FeatherHATS prepare to perform at the reopened Marukane department store. The chapter ends with Knuckleduster confronting Kuin Hachisuka and revealing that he knows her birth name.
Eraser Head's Erasure fails against Teruo Unagisawa because Teruo's monstrous, giant body is not a Quirk transformation but his natural form, so there is nothing for Erasure to cancel.
In Vigilantes Chapter 22, Knuckleduster confronts Kuin Hachisuka and addresses her by her birth name, Tamao Oguro, telling her that her mother is waiting for her.
The FeatherHATS are the performing ensemble fronted by Kazuho Haneyama and Harusaburo Nanboku in Vigilantes Chapter 22, set to headline a show at the reopened Marukane department store before the event is cut short by a blackout.
My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court. Chapter 22, The Day Of, is part of the spinoff's Vs. Queen Bee arc.
