Thirty liters of sedative, one enormous mouth, and a wall of blue fire in the way. The U.A. trainees spring their trap on Gigantomachia and find themselves trading blows with the League of Villains riding on his back.
Mudman turns the ground to sludge while a detached piece of Lizardy warns him to pull back, since Gigantomachia is nearly on top of them. He asks after Phantom Thief's group; she admits she worries too, but there is no room for it now.
Word reaches every student that blue flames were spotted flaring off the giant's back, which means the League is up there. They also learn the ugly part of the plan. A sedative like this would normally go in through a syringe, but the target's bulk demands roughly thirty liters, and his hide makes a needle impractical, so it has to go down his throat. Split evenly, one successful throw into his mouth should be enough. Midnight is on everyone's mind, and nobody can afford to dwell on her.
Mt. Lady hangs on, screaming for Kamui Woods to come around. The giant finally hits the prepared ground, a mess of cords studded with Grape Juice's orbs, and goes down. The students swarm: Vine's Quirk coils around his neck while the power heroes stake him with cables. The villains spot them and counterattack. Earphone Jack's Amplifier Jack is driven back by Dabi's flames, and Chargebolt lays his discs on the villains' feet from a safe distance, only for a bad launch angle from Emily to put him in the path of debris fired out of Mr. Compress' prosthetic. The whole group rushes in with the canisters and a single exhale scatters them. Dabi then rings the area in fire, burning away Shemage's spores and locking the students out.
Dabi spells out what they are up against. Gigantomachia converts combat energy into sheer size, another Quirk shuts off his pain, and the rest of his kit is built for fighting indefinitely: the perfect bodyguard. Then explosions ripple around the giant. Creati reveals she buried charges in Mudman's softened earth to sink him deeper. Spinner asks whether the giant could simply dig, and Mr. Compress points out that anyone riding on top would die the moment he tried; he adds that his orders were to deliver this group to Tomura, so perhaps they are the ones slowing him down. Skeptic's shout comes too late as heroes pour onto the giant's back and jump the lieutenants.
Mt. Lady wrestles Gigantomachia flat and forces his jaws apart. Pinky comes in on Acidman to make the delivery.
The students successfully ambush Gigantomachia and pin him briefly before a single breath blows the formation apart.
Dabi discloses two of the giant's Quirks: one that blocks pain entirely, and another that turns fighting spirit into raw energy and increased body mass.
Creati's buried explosives drop Gigantomachia a second time. Mt. Lady pries his mouth open so Pinky can throw the sedative in.
Nineteen pages, published in Weekly Shonen Jump issue 35 of 2020 and collected in volume 29 during the Paranormal Liberation War arc. The chapter carries both a color spread and a separate title page, fronted by Mudman, Lizardy and Gigantomachia. Episode 121 adapts it.
Kohei Horikoshi's author comment is a correction and an apology: the hero name is Tentacole rather than Tentacle, and he got it wrong in the Japanese edition, to the detriment of Shoji and Yaoyorozu alike.
Action stays at the Gunga Mountain Villa, continuing the raid and the fight between the villa raid team, the trainees and the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Chapter 279, League of Villains Vs. U.A. Students, shows the U.A. trainees ambush Gigantomachia with a sedative plan, get scattered by a single breath from the giant and a wall of Dabi's fire, then regroup so Mt. Lady can force his jaws open for Pinky to deliver the drug.
