Broadcast is a two-page extra that parks Midnight and Mt. Lady on a daytime talk show to debate whether sex appeal belongs in the hero business. The panel discussion lasts about as long as their patience with each other does.
Midnight and Mt. Lady are welcomed onto the programme Live Until the Early Afternoon, where Midnight announces the topic: whether the hero business actually needs sex appeal. The host recalls the stir her costume caused on debut, noting that legislation regulating how much skin a hero costume can show has been passed since then.
Mt. Lady observes that the outfit is still fairly daring, and Midnight counters that the material is only sheer tights now. Her real argument is that some Quirks are hindered by clothing, so exposure is a practical consequence rather than the point. Mt. Lady replies that sex appeal is simply who Midnight is. Irritated, Midnight asks whether she wants a fight. Mt. Lady professes respect, then adds a barb about her age, and the two heroes end up brawling on live television. Minoru Mineta, watching at home, declares it the best episode ever.
The existence of government legislation regulating the exposure of hero costumes is established, passed in the wake of the reaction to Midnight's debut outfit.
Midnight and Mt. Lady come to blows on air, with Minoru Mineta watching the broadcast.
The instalment is an extra slotted in after Chapter 34 and ahead of Chapter 35, running only two pages and printed in Shonen Jump Next!! rather than the main magazine. It was collected in Volume 8 despite belonging to the U.A. Sports Festival arc.
The omake was adapted into Episode 34 of the anime. Mt. Lady and Midnight share the cover.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
