Summary

At the Jaku Hospital ruins, not long after Shoto Todoroki first put Dabi down, the villains seize the advantage. Floating out of reach on their Quirks, they fire up an ultra high frequency emitter carrying All For One's voice, a signal the Dog Quirk guarantees Gigantomachia will catch no matter the distance. Yu Takeyama swings a wrench enlarged by Yui Kodai to stop them, but the broadcast lands first and the beast smashes out of its containment facility.

Dodging the wreckage, Eijiro Kirishima recalls the piece of the plan nobody saw: Hitoshi Shinso was warped in at the start and has stayed hidden ever since, held in reserve. Red Riot sprints to the hiding spot to have him brainwash Gigantomachia and finds him already being swallowed by the Sludge Villain, who crows that the beast's return means victory without him lifting a finger, and decides this new boy will make a better host than the last kid he took.

The Liberation soldier preaches that suffering is the lot of the weak, that might makes right, and that their age of liberation starts today. Gigantomachia rounds on Mt. Lady demanding to know where his master is, and is answered by "Acidman: Alma", a lance of Acid from Mina Ashido that punches clean through his hide. She thinks back to failing this move once before, when people died and everything burned, and says that borrowing training methods from Katsuki Bakugo and Shoto has cured her of ever wanting to fail the people she loves again.

Horns extended, Pinky pours Acid directly into the Sludge Villain, fouling his body until he tears free and bolts. Someone calls for him to wait, he answers on reflex, and Hitoshi's Brainwashing locks him where he stands. Pinky says that Mezo Shoji never surrendered to revenge, that she loved Nemuri Kayama's classes, and that she knows fear intimately because she is weak, which is exactly why she wants to be close to people. That, she believes, is what defines everyone, villains included.

The Liberation soldier remembers Rikiya Yotsubashi calling them cut from the same cloth, and insists no voice of theirs will ever reach Gigantomachia. Before he can strike Mt. Lady again, Hitoshi swings up onto the beast with his Capturing Weapon and calls out in a mimicry of All For One's voice. Gigantomachia answers, and the reply hands him over. Hitoshi orders him to sweep the sky, and the giant swats every airborne villain down. Pinky begins fading from dehydration, telling Red Riot they are square now; he says she never owed him anything, because to him she has always been the hero.

With the beast controlled and the villains beaten, the heroes prepare to bind them for transport. Word then reaches Mt. Lady that All For One is regenerating and reinforcements are needed. In the present, Naomasa Tsukauchi weighs the gamble they cannot afford to lose as the Gunga and Jaku teams pour everything into containing All For One, while helicopters close in on the horizon.
