Eri, now in middle school, stops by U.A. High School to see Eraser Head and Present Mic, who are glad to have her. She hands Eraser sweet buns sent by Mandalay, a thank-you for keeping an eye on Kota, and greets the Vice Principal, All Might. Eraser has bad news about her timing: Deku left the campus only moments earlier.

Present Mic already knows she invited Deku to her street performance this weekend and reports how excited he is, adding that Earphone Jack is trying to fit it into her schedule. Eri wanted to catch him beforehand because she cannot exactly shout at him mid-performance, a problem Eraser understands, given how a crowd would react to spotting him there. She thinks Deku and Lemillion are wonderful, she says, but she has no interest in borrowing their fame.

Cementoss waves them toward the television, where a news broadcast covers the newly unveiled Hero Billboard Chart JP standings, the set covering this year's back half. The anchor recounts how the public kept backing Deku after the fateful day cost him his power, how he came back in armor while juggling hero duties against a teaching schedule, and how the results have drawn thunderous applause. Deku, billed as the One For All Hero, has vaulted to fourth place among Pro Heroes, with Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight right behind at fifth, while Lemillion, Shoto, and Mt. Lady hold the top three. Eri visits Eraser Head at U.A. and reveals a weekend street performance she invited Deku to attend, while making clear she will not trade on his celebrity. U.A.'s Vice Principal is revealed to be All Might, and the NHA Reporter has moved from field work to the anchor desk.

A new Top 5 is announced, with Lemillion, Shoto, and Mt. Lady above Deku and Dynamight, the last of whom climbed ten positions. His official hero name is confirmed as One For All Hero: Deku, and his return to the field alongside teaching has been met with enthusiastic public support.

This five-page omake by Kohei Horikoshi appeared on May 2, 2025 inside the fan book volume My Hero Academia: Ultra Age: The Final Fan Book, rather than in any numbered tankobon, and it is catalogued under the Epilogue arc as an extra chapter following Chapter 431. No chapter follows it.
