Robert McCollum is an American voice actor and former television host who has voiced dozens of characters across English-language anime dubs, including the villain Stain in My Hero Academia.
McCollum provides the English dub voice of Stain, the Hero Killer, a vigilante who murders professional heroes he considers unworthy of the title. The character becomes a central threat during the series' early arcs, clashing violently with Izuku Midoriya, Tenya Iida, and Shoto Todoroki during the forest training camp storyline. His icy, cutting line delivery helped make Stain one of the show's most memorable early antagonists.
Beyond My Hero Academia, McCollum has built a long career voicing lead and supporting characters in English anime dubs. His major credits include Baki from Baki the Grappler, homicide detective Shinya Kogami from Psycho-Pass, the pirate warlord Donquixote Doflamingo from One Piece, and the teen and adult versions of Goten across the Dragon Ball franchise, plus Reiner Braun during his run on Attack on Titan. Outside the recording booth, he spent time as a host and producer for WFAA-TV's Good Morning Texas program in Dallas.
