Chainya

Upright on his hind legs, Chainya cuts a taller figure than most cats. His coat runs black, his ears are brown, and a jagged yellow marking shaped like a lightning bolt sits at the crown of his head. For dress he favours a sleeveless white kimono finished with a bow tie at the throat, paired with grey trousers.

A keen eye sets him apart from his fellow felines. Where the rest of the fortress notices nothing amiss, Chainya alone senses that Sakura's disguise hides something false. He carries himself with plenty of confidence, certain he can put her down in a fight, and he shares the usual cat's distaste for getting wet.

Limber and quick-fingered, Chainya commands enough taijutsu to catch Sakura off guard, and she is forced to admit the cat holds the upper hand. He can pour chakra into his claws to harden them, using that edge to bat a kunai clean out of her grip. The two clash on a rooftop after he catches her spying inside the fortress, and he is steadily winning until a ruptured water tower drenches him. The sudden cold drops his body heat and saps his will to continue, ending the bout in his surrender.
