Dango Mitsuki is a chunin of Konohagakure known for his keen powers of observation. In his free time he likes nothing better than gazing up at the moon, a habit that has left a permanent mark on the way he looks at the world.
Dango is a young man whose dark hair sits above a pair of small, dark eyes that he tends to keep narrowed, a squint born of all the hours he spends moon-watching. He turns out in the usual Konoha getup, a bandanna-style forehead protector and flak jacket among it.
Little is on record about Dango beyond his talent for noticing things others miss. Away from duty, he passes his time looking at the moon.
During the run-up to the Fourth Shinobi World War, Dango served with the version of the Infiltration and Reconnaissance Party that trailed Kabuto Yakushi to the Mountains' Graveyard, where the discovery that Kabuto had allied himself with Tobi left him stunned.
