Appearance

Delta wears her blonde hair long and curly, above light purple eyes ringed in yellow shadow and split by vertical lines that run through both pupil and iris. A Roman numeral one, green in the manga and black in the anime, sits at the centre of her brow, and she favours yellow on lips and nails alike. Her Kara outfit sets a pink-lined black cloak over a turquoise costume riddled with triangular cut-outs and a heart-shaped opening at the back, finished with pink triangular earrings, white cuffs at the wrists, striped tights in black and red, and tall white shinobi heels. Once Konoha remakes her, the forehead mark turns into a blend of triangle and the village crest, and she switches to a turquoise tube dress and white fingerless gloves, topping the look with a collared capelet that a pink triangular clasp holds shut.

Personality

Delta runs hot, quick to anger and apt to lash out, once kicking a table across the room to vent at her own leader. She fixes her focus on finishing missions and chafes at any hold-up, and Jigen's remark that she once fretted about her weight hints that she minds her looks. She loathes nearly every Inner of Kara, sparing only Jigen perhaps, and saves her deepest hatred for Amado, even while carrying the memories of life as his daughter. Bold and self-assured, she squares up to the Seventh Hokage without a flinch and is sharp enough to catch his ruse of feigned defeat. A swollen sense of superiority has her write off even Naruto as beneath her, then fixate on killing him once he prevails. Her cruelty turns icy when she fires a lethal beam at Himawari purely to herd Naruto into its path, and she is genuinely floored when Kawaki takes the blast with his own arm, since to her the boy is nothing more than Kara's Vessel. Once she is reprogrammed to defend Konoha, gentler and more childish streaks emerge, and she sulks and whines whenever she is told she cannot come along.

Abilities

Amado's engineering makes Delta monstrously powerful, able to trade blows with the Seventh Hokage himself. Her upgrades turn parts of her body into weapons: her legs sprout wood-like spikes that pierce even Six Paths Sage Mode, or reshape into rockets for flight, and after her Konoha rebuild she simply hovers where she likes. Her eyes drink in ninjutsu such as the Rasengan and can loose the Destruction Beam, a ray that overrides almost any regeneration, and as a last resort she can blow her whole body apart.

A drone fixed to her back copies her consciousness so it can be poured into a fresh shell, slips past chakra sensors, and even trails invisible foes, so wrecking one body rarely ends her. Sheer strength lets her rake her fingers through a tree trunk and bloody Naruto with a single punch, and she can cloak herself in chakra to lean harder on him in taijutsu. Through Yin Release she also projects an image of herself outward to speak from a distance.

As a Kara operative Delta hunts the missing vessel and finally storms Konoha's gate to seize Kawaki, drawing Naruto into a long duel. She soaks up his Rasengan, holds him down even in Six Paths Sage Mode, and unleashes her eye-beams, yet he outlasts her and ends the fight with a Super-Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan. Her body detonates while her drone escapes to wake a backup form, only for Amado to shut her down for good as he and Koji abandon Kara. Later, having defected to Konoha, Amado forges her a stronger frame to stand as the village's ally; she takes on Code but crumbles helplessly under Ada's charm. Years afterward she watches over Kawaki at Ada's bidding, fights the God Tree's offshoots beside Team 7, and helps bring down the endlessly splitting Mamushi.
