A messenger for the Prime Minister of the Land of Redaku, sent to the Astronomy Research Institute for a progress report. He walked in expecting formality and instead became a pawn in Sasuke and Sakura's undercover operation.
An intricately carved hawk crowns the cane he carries, an official token of his standing as the Prime Minister's envoy. His hair is brown and his eyes a dark shade of blue.
He is easily thrown off by informality and quick to fill silence with talk about himself. Once the stiff protocol he anticipated fails to appear, he goes along with the relaxed treatment despite his surprise, and given an opening he happily rambles about his own past dealings and his wife. Toward the officials he answers to, he remains dutiful and compliant.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
The Prime Minister dispatched Fundaru to the Astronomy Research Institute to press Zansuru on his "progress," without telling the envoy what that word actually referred to. Expecting a wall of intimidating guards at the gate, he was instead greeted by Sakura Haruno, who claimed Zansuru was too busy for ceremony and wished to keep the meeting short. Fundaru agreed and followed her inside.
As Sakura led him along, she coaxed the Prime Minister's message out of him, then asked what the "progress" meant, to which he replied she might lack the clearance to know. She steered the talk toward his earlier contact with Zansuru, and he launched into a long account of the visits he and his wife had once paid the man in Redaku's capital. The path ended in a secluded observatory where Sasuke Uchiha waited; the moment Fundaru turned to Sakura for an explanation, he was knocked out. Sakura took his form and Sasuke became his cane so the pair could meet Zansuru and gather intelligence. Afterward they fed the meeting back to Fundaru through genjutsu, leaving him none the wiser and free to return to the capital with Zansuru's update.
