Hakui

Long, pale blond hair lent Hakui a somewhat feminine look, worn draped over each shoulder in a pair of ponytails above light bluish-grey eyes. Like the rest of Shinga's followers, he covered half of his face with a dark grey mask patterned in red. Swallowing his enhancing pill roughened his hair into spikes and swelled his frame with heavy muscle.

Hakui served Shinga faithfully, addressing him as Lord Shinga and thinking of him in the highest terms, ready to cut down anyone simply for being his master's foe. Away from combat he came across as level-headed and composed, far more measured than his comrade Doshin, and he shared Shinga's aims outright.

By downing a special food pill akin to the Mind Awakening Pill, Hakui could bulk into a far more muscular form with sharpened strength, speed, and agility, trading blows in a manner resembling Strong Fist users and even curling into a spinning ball that used his hair as spikes; the tradeoff was that his flurries turned wild and uncoordinated. Apparently untouched by Shinga's mind control, he aided the assault on Konohagakure, and when Sasuke made for Tsukigakure he barred his way and challenged him, downing his pill before the clash yet still going down in defeat.
