Jujumaru

Standing tall with a fair complexion, Jujumaru has brown eyes and purple hair. Short bangs fall across his brow while the remaining length is gathered into a pair of loops at either side of his head. He favors sleeveless green robes over black trousers, with long black bands running down his arms.

In a fight Jujumaru shows no mercy and carries himself with assurance. He is also the more dutiful of the two brothers, keeping his focus tight and refusing to squander time on distractions.

A ruthlessly effective killer, Jujumaru builds his combat style around manipulating his own blood. He can lay down a field of it to lock an enemy's movements in place, seize control of anyone his blood touches, or launch it outward as a volley of piercing needles. His Secret Technique: Tree Blood Barrier is a signature expression of this power.

When an epidemic swept the Land of Calm Seas, a medical ninja developed an affordable, fast-acting cure, but the region's greedy daimyō dispatched Jujumaru and his brother to wipe it out so he could keep profiting from a slower remedy. The pair hunted down the healer's students one by one, seizing their medical samples and killing them, until only Mozuku remained. Mozuku had engaged Konoha ninja as guards, and Jujumaru ensnared them while his brother slipped away with the samples. He crowed about his web-like trap, but the Konoha shinobi tore free of it. Although Chōchō Akimichi was caught, Shikadai Nara neutralized the technique with his Shadow Imitation. Jujumaru then shifted to a direct assault and managed to wound Chōchō, only to be overwhelmed by the rest of the group and bound.
