A guest fighter carried over from the Tekken series, Lars Alexandersson joins Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 as a bonus playable character. His crossover look grew out of an alternate Tekken 6 costume that Masashi Kishimoto designed himself.
Lars has blond hair, worn as fringed bangs at the front with upswept spikes behind and a topknot curled into a crescent, set above green eyes. Kishimoto's design dresses him in a patterned red kimono with a white obi, layered under golden armour that bears a lion, spiral motifs, and clawed gauntlets. Gold accents finish the look, from a hairpin to rings on his collar and an ornament at the knot of his sash, while a stylised 46 across the back stands in for his clan crest.
Within Tekken, Lars is a warm-hearted, self-disciplined soldier, a pointed contrast to the ruthless, vengeance-driven Mishima line he secretly belongs to as Heihachi Mishima's illegitimate son. He fights with focus and gravity, yet lets his conscience and sense of justice steer how his battles resolve. His backstory inside the Naruto world, by contrast, is never spelled out.
In his home series Lars fights in the invented Tekken Force style, naming his moves after military hardware and jargon and blending heavy acrobatics with karate-like chopping strikes, among them his own forward-dashing Dynamic Entry and a crouching Silent Entry. Carried into Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, his kit centres on formidable taijutsu, which he laces with Lightning Release by channelling chakra through his body at the moment of impact. He also brings a minigun styled to match his armour, though in keeping with the franchise's avoidance of real firearms it spits kunai instead of bullets at a brisk clip.
