Mogusa

The markings running across the upper portions of both sides of his face are Mogusa's most striking trait. His eyes look large and appear to lack visible pupils, and he wears the standard uniform of Konoha's medical corps.

Those around him describe Mogusa as unflappable, a shinobi who holds his composure and never lets impatience show, no matter how tense a situation becomes.

A master of medical ninjutsu, Mogusa commands the field's demanding techniques and maintains the fine chakra control the work requires; the anime also shows him using the Mystical Palm Technique. When a critically injured Neji Hyuga was carried back from the Sasuke Recovery Mission, Mogusa stepped in for an exhausted Kito to continue the delicate Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique, and the medics' combined effort saved him. He was among the medical-nin dispatched to treat Asuma, Kurenai, and their comrades after their clash with Mizuki, stabilising them on the spot before moving them to the hospital. Later, following the war's final battle, it fell to Mogusa to tell Rock Lee and Tenten that Might Guy would never again use both of his legs.
