Muyami

Large dark eyes sit in Muyami's face, and his brown hair, cut to a middling length, is gathered into a short tail with a few strands falling across his Kusagakure headband. His everyday clothes run to a green long-sleeved top and pale shorts, and he keeps a pair of compact sunglasses on hand.

Bashfulness defines Muyami to the point that it can stop him from stepping in to aid a comrade, and he cannot abide wide, exposed spaces. He held real affection for his summoned mole, Moguranmaru, and its death at Shino's hands left him devastated.

Clawed gauntlets called tekko kagi arm Muyami's hands for close fighting, and his command of Earth Release lets him tunnel and travel beneath the surface, while the Summoning Technique calls up his giant mole. The sheer scale of that beast points to sizable chakra reserves. His team entered the Chunin Exams that Konohagakure and Sunagakure ran jointly, clearing the written stage by pooling exactly the score required and placing among the first thirty squads to reach Sunagakure.

Inside the Demon Desert phase they collected several Heaven scrolls, then ran into Team Kurenai, with Muyami trading blows against Shino Aburame. After seizing Kiba's Earth scroll, the team fled underground aboard Moguranmaru, but Kurenai's genin tracked them by a lingering scent that Burami's masking could not fully hide. In the final clash Shino's insects devoured Moguranmaru as Muyami watched in horror, and Kiba's three-headed wolf transformation finished off the Kusa squad.
