Suna Assassin Captain

Over the usual Sunagakure outfit he wears a sleeveless top, and his face is hidden behind a mask shaped like an oni. Black gloves cover his hands, and, as with his squadmates, bandages wrap his head.

He is a brutal man whose loathing for Gaara runs deep. Convinced that so dangerous a being ought not to exist, he takes on the elders' order to kill him without a second thought. He bristles at the Konohagakure shinobi as well, even while he and his squad insist they will not meddle in an allied nation's business.

As the chosen head of an assassination unit he is plainly a capable fighter. Like many Suna ninja he works with puppets, and he pairs certain ones with Water Release to blast trapped opponents through his Puppet Water Release: Dance of Mystic Rain, a method that drenches sand users and cripples their control. The sword he carries points to kenjutsu skill as well. On a joint operation with Konoha his squad set out to kill Gaara, and his water technique did pin down Gaara's sand, until Naruto Uzumaki arrived with Yaoki and Korobi. Gaara then wrapped nearly the entire assassination team in a harmless ball of sand, ending the attempt.
