Ten-Tails (Kara)

Kara's beast echoes the first form of the original Ten-Tails, scaled down but still immense enough to rival the nine tailed beasts in bulk. Its oversized, egg-shaped head carries small spikes along the crown and a lone spur beneath the jaw, while a broad mouth holds rows of oddly human teeth. A single eye sits amid dark, branching veins, and the body ends in two stubby arms and a set of ten tails.

The creature's lone crimson eye holds concentric rings and six tomoe, which Sasuke Uchiha recognized as a Rinnegan. As living chakra, it is presumed to store an enormous supply, enough that Isshiki Ōtsutsuki siphoned from it whenever he needed strengthening. Code likened the beast to workable clay, using his Claw Marks to break off fragments that reshape into agile fission beings; by branding those smaller creatures with his own marks, he let them travel through his portals.

Sasuke first located the imprisoned beast, after which Isshiki approached it and, judging the moment wrong to feed on Jigen, drained its chakra to bolster himself. Code was posted as its keeper, an uneventful watch that lulled both guardian and beast to sleep. Isshiki's dying spirit later ordered Code to feed either Kawaki or Boruto to it so it would flower into the God Tree, an aim Momoshiki also pursued in order to seize the chakra fruit for himself.

Betrayed by Ada and Daemon, Code retreated to the holding pen and turned the beast into a weapon, tearing away pieces to forge humanoid soldiers. During his later assault on Konoha, this Claw Grime devoured shinobi including Bug, Sasuke, Soegi, Moegi, and Shinki, encasing them alive within trees. When Boruto tracked him to Kara's dimension, the main body had vanished, and several self-aware humanoid God Trees bearing the faces of the devoured had risen, now craving knowledge rather than chakra yet still fated to one day consume Boruto.
