Long green hair frames small black eyes rimmed in dark yellow, and a faint purple scar crosses his right cheek. He wore the usual garb of the Northern Hideout's prisoners and, like many of them, carried one of Orochimaru's cursed seals from the experiments performed there; when triggered, the mark fanned out over his torso in a ring-shaped pattern.

Boldness bordering on recklessness defined him. Supremely sure of his own strength, he was willing to take on any opponent, no matter how far out of his league they might be.
History

Once news spread that Orochimaru had been killed, Tsukushi joined the more aggressive inmates who were ready to fight their way out and settle scores with their jailers.
