Role

Two of the three, Nadare and Fubuki, had mastered Ice Release, a discipline that works by reshaping ice that already exists rather than conjuring it out of nothing. Their armor and their frozen techniques made them formidable, yet all three ultimately fell in combat against Team 7. Years earlier the same group had proven its worth on a far larger job: a decade before, together with the rest of Yukigakure, they answered Dotō's call to spark a rebellion and seize the Land of Snow. With the death of Sōsetsu Kazahana the coup succeeded, though his daughter Koyuki slipped away, a loose end that set the later assassination attempt in motion.
