Team Tobirama
CharacterTeam Tobirama was a Konohagakure squad guided by Tobirama Senju before he became the Second Hokage. Its members, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Homura Mitokado, and Koharu Utatane, trained under the Senju brothers and would grow into major village figures.
Overview
Long before its captain rose to the office of Second Hokage, this Hidden Leaf team gathered around Tobirama Senju, who taught the group alongside lessons drawn from his brother Hashirama. Its ranks held Tobirama himself together with Hiruzen Sarutobi, Homura Mitokado, and Koharu Utatane.
Role
Very little of the unit's day-to-day activity survives in the record. On at least one occasion during the First Shinobi World War, its members joined forces with Danzo Shimura, Kagami Uchiha, and Torifu Akimichi. Together they operated as the Second Hokage's handpicked Escort Unit for a particular mission.
Notable Members
The roster reads like a who's who of the Leaf's future leadership. Hiruzen Sarutobi would eventually take up the mantle of Third Hokage, while Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane became trusted advisors to the village. Their instructor, Tobirama, went on to shape much of Konoha's institutional foundation as its second leader.
