The Brothers' Time

Kabuto unleashes his technique against the Uchiha siblings, and as Itachi dashes toward Sasuke, a searing flash and brutal air tremors burst outward. The vibrations lock both brothers in place, yet Kabuto stays mobile thanks to his liquefied form and keeps his sight through the protective membrane shielding his eyes. He targets Sasuke first, but Itachi shields him with Susanoo, explaining that he can anticipate where Kabuto will strike, and clarifying that the sensory ability belongs not to him but to Nagato.

When Kabuto springs up onto the ceiling, Itachi reminds Sasuke of the tactic they once used together on a mission. Recalling how they hunted an enormous boar, Sasuke enacts the plan alongside his brother and believes he has pinned Kabuto down, only to be stunned by the sight of Kabuto stabbing Itachi off to one side. The body proves to be a crow clone, and the genuine Itachi strikes back, shearing off a portion of Kabuto's horn. As the brothers steel themselves to seize the "snake," Kabuto remarks that adjusting to his new horns will take a while.

Kabuto's blinding technique paralyzes Sasuke and Itachi while leaving him free to move and see. Itachi guards Sasuke with Susanoo and reveals that Nagato, not he, held the sensory power. The brothers reprise a boar-hunting mission tactic to trap Kabuto, and Itachi's crow clone lets the real Itachi slice off part of Kabuto's horn.

This chapter falls within the Fourth Shinobi World War: Climax arc and was collected in Volume 61. Viz Media released it as Brother Time, with an original Japanese release dated April 16, 2012.
