Chapter 417 splits its attention between Naruto's next hurdle in sage training and the Fourth Raikage's decision to act. As Taka silences a spy, Kumogakure's leader summons the Kage and prepares to hunt Sasuke himself.
The Raikage also sends for Team Samui, planning to dispatch them to Konoha with word that he intends to deal with Sasuke personally. This chapter runs as number 417 in volume 45 within the Pain's Assault arc, and carries the Viz title Raikage on the Move!!.

We ranked the six most popular women of Naruto from worst to first, and our number one is going to start a fight. The official poll got it wrong....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
"The Raikage, Moving!!" is chapter 417 of the Naruto manga, which follows Naruto's continued sage training while the Fourth Raikage decides to take action after losing contact with a spy tailing Taka.
In this chapter, Naruto keeps training his sage techniques, trying to sustain natural energy without relying on the special oil brewed at Mount Myoboku.
The Fourth Raikage decides to act because the flow of reports from his Kumogakure spy tailing Taka suddenly goes silent, which he takes as a sign that Akatsuki is closing in.
Taka discovers that a Kumogakure operative has been trailing them and quietly eliminates the spy.
The Raikage calls a gathering of the five Kage to address the threat and sends for Team Samui, planning to have them deliver word to Konoha that he intends to deal with Sasuke personally.
