Summary
Zabuza strikes at Kakashi before the Copy Ninja can even bare his Sharingan, and though Kakashi parries the blow, his opponent shows no worry at all. Their earlier duel has taught Zabuza plenty. From the sidelines, Haku had studied that first fight and worked out that the eye's seeming ability to read minds was nothing more than a trick of perception.
Key Events
Determined not to be caught by the same illusion twice, Zabuza smothers the surroundings in dense mist to cut down what anyone can see, then closes his eyes entirely as he fights. Between the fog and his shut lids, the Sharingan loses any means of ensnaring him in hypnosis.
