Chapter 195 of the Naruto manga has Kidōmaru pin Neji down and hunt for the flaw in his all-seeing eyes. Once he maps the Byakugan's blind spots, the Sound ninja arms himself with a cursed-seal bow to finish the fight.
Kidōmaru's webbing fastens Neji to the earth, robbing him of the room to spin the Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven. Forced to swat the incoming strikes aside by hand, Neji cannot deflect every one. The gap tells Kidōmaru that even the Byakugan has a weak point, so he sets about locating it precisely.
After testing, he concludes that Neji's vision fails past fifty metres and leaves a dead angle at a single spot behind his neck. Certain the match is his, Kidōmaru triggers the second stage of his cursed seal and forms a bow and arrow to put down the opponent he has come to respect.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

Naruto built the transformation jutsu himself, and the Hidden Leaf has been quietly not talking about it ever since. The story behind our 90s R&B record about the Naruko question everybody dodges....
The chapter belongs to the Sasuke Recovery Mission arc and is collected in volume 22; Viz shortens its title to 'Capture…!!'. Trivia: the original Weekly Shōnen Jump printing ended on a two-page spread showing Kidōmaru in an ordinary archery pose. When Masashi Kishimoto's twin brother Seishi complained that it looked dull, Kishimoto drew an entirely new spread for the collected volume, depicting Kidōmaru taking aim while dangling from a tree, and the discarded original was tucked into the volume as a bonus.
In "The Way to Capture…!!" (chapter 195), Kidomaru traps Neji Hyuga in his webbing and studies the Byakugan to find a weakness he can exploit.
Kidomaru discovers that Neji's Byakugan cannot see past fifty meters and that it has a single blind spot directly behind his neck.
Kidomaru triggers the second stage of his cursed seal and forms a bow and arrow, intending to use the blind spot he found to defeat an opponent he has come to respect.
The original Weekly Shonen Jump printing ended with a plain archery pose for Kidomaru, but after Masashi Kishimoto's twin brother Seishi called it dull, Kishimoto redrew the spread showing Kidomaru aiming while dangling from a tree, and the discarded original was included as a bonus in the collected volume.
"The Way to Capture…!!" is chapter 195 of the Naruto manga, part of the Sasuke Recovery Mission arc collected in volume 22, and Viz shortens its title to "Capture…!!"
