History

Holding the rank of Vice Admiral places lower-ranking Marines under Blago, and he oversees in particular the forces posted on the island that houses the Tower of Steel. He can also wield Haki. In the show as planned, the Straw Hats come ashore on that island and make their way to the tower he governs. Once Nami fell into trouble, the crew was to take on Blago within his tower of justice in order to free her.
